Beautiful resort. Exceptional quality, quiet, serene. Our room as on the third floor with a view of the mountains. Had a huge spa tub in the room and a very comfortable king bed. We were here 5 days. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you for a lovely stay in the Tetons!!!

I loved the location. The there were plenty of hand sanitizers located throughout the hotel. The check-in clerk could have been nicer.

Loved the location. Little pricey for us but hey you only live once

We were there for the week in mid summer. The location at that time of year was quiet and relaxing. A few on site restaurants, but more along the drive to and in Jackson. Great trails and paths for hiking / running / bike riding (MTB or Road). Plenty of kid activities around, but there is always a pools, indoor (10 yrs) & outdoor (15yrs). It also has a large gym with a variety of equipment and hot tubs for post workout.

When arrived I was taken to my upgraded room and found out that it was one with a Murphy bed. I do not recall selecting such a bed but in my reservation it stated that it was a room with a Murphy bed. The room was located in the first floor facing the dusty parking lot and traffic noise. When lowering the Murphy bed, there was not space to access it from the side closer to the wall. I am 75 years old and in no conditions of lowering or raising such a bed. I declined such room and proceeded to talk to the manager who offered me the “only room available” 123 for an extra $35/day plus taxes (total of $166.32) for the 5 days I was staying there. I accepted since I have no options since I prepaid for the whole stay via Orbitz and cancelling the whole stay would have more expensive. The manager (courteous and knowledgeable in public relations; I know since I was in the hotel business) proceeded to explain that if I had done reservations directly with them, she could have accommodated me without the extra charge but was bound by Orbitz. After shown the alternate room 123, it was exactly as the one in the photo that I had seen when upgrading the room that included a fireplace. She stated that other clients have mentioned that the rooms shown when making the reservations via Orbitz are not always representative of the room purchased. I had stayed in the Teton Mountain Lodge 10 years earlier and its hospitality has declined as observed by reductions in amenities and upkeep. Go

The location is away from town and gives you a country feel. The staff knows the area well. The room was very clean and the beds we're comfortable.

View of slopes was awesome. On site restaurant has great food.

We were very happy with everything! The restaurant and spa were great!

This place is great! Well worth the money spent. Very close to the ski lifts and everything else in the Village. There is a ski rental store on the ground floor. The same store is also a short 2 minute walk from the hotel and has a bigger selection. Our room had a gorgeous view.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful as first time visiting the area. Very clean and spacious rooms , i would definitely stay again

Mountain feeling; good bed and great view of the Tetons. Only problem was that tub in bathroom had sides that were way too high for anyone to safely exit with wet feet--and no grab bar to assist.

Location was great. Enjoyed the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and very cozy and well kept.

This resort is very beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. The views were incredible! I wish we could have stayed there more than one night!!!

We booked a king room online and when we got there we were shown a db queen room, a little disappointed we decided to ask the front desk. And the paperwork the hotel had gotten said queen, he was really nice though and upgraded us to a grand king room with a fireplace and a little kitchenette. It made our day! We enjoyed going into the roof top hot tub, what a beautiful view! We ate at their restaurant, The Spur, which was delicious.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly overall. A lot of nickel and diming for a "resort". $16 a day for internet was another hidden fee found at checkout. Otherwise, a great stay.

Beautiful lobby, great pools/hot tubs. Enjoyed a suite with kitchen... well appointed but not overly large. 3-night stay during September was over $2000.

We have visited Teton Village for the past 6 years and this has been the best hotel so so far for our family. We have 6y, 3y, and 14m and it was very comfortable for us in the room. All staff was wonderful except in the hotel restaurant "spur". Other than that, it was great
