Stayed here for a night, excellent value for money and in a good location from the main station in Belfort. staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt the breakfast was slightly overpriced at 9 Euros but other than that I would stay here again.
Great say at the hotel. I stayed here for 10 days as i was waiting for my apparent to be sorted with work. Great service all round, they where always asking how you where and what they could do to help. Could not fault them. The room was great had everything i needed and cleaned to the top standards everyday. They didn't know who i worked for but when they did the service level never changed towards me considering we send lots of business there way. Diffidently go back here! For what you get the price is amazing.
Hotel is as new as it was the first time I came! Great bedding, a lot of tv sports channels I could watch (especially the champions league) breakfast is fantastic and the stuff lovely. For my second time in this hotel, I was very happy so for my next business trip in Belfort I will definitely come back again!
Hotel is close to the center of Belfort. Rooms are basic but with all the necessary comforts. Staff is friendly and professional: 24 hours service. Cars can be parked in a car park next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood several fast food restaurants.
We - family of 4 - spent one night here on our way to the South of France. We had a family room - not too big - on the first floor, pretty quiet, facing an alley with the car park, but also with a view towards the town and the castle. The room was as expected - wifi worked very well on arrival, but not at night when the hotel was full of guests. We had to ask for extra towels as well as a cable for the TV. It was delivered immediately. Service was fine. The room did have AC, but it was very hot anyway. So we opened the windows at night instead. The Kyriad is easily accessed from the motorway. You can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes. Staff was French speaking.
We stayed for one nights bed and breakfast on our way to Le Mans. Were given room 202 - modern, comfortable, spacious with a decent bathroom. Breakfast was chaotic - not the hotels fault entirely - there was a large party from Korea staying and they attacked the breakfast buffet like a plague of locusts. We decided to wait until they had gone. Problem was that there was nothing left to eat. Within about 5 minutes, the whole buffet was restocked. Excellent choice of different foods which were all first class good quality French products.
Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast all considering how economical it was : ) On the downside the location wasn't particularly nice being in front of the train station but not too bad either, to get to the city center is a 15/20 minutes walk...overall I would recommend it for short stays.
I recently stayed at the Kyriad Hotel in Belfort while in town for a wedding. I was really impressed. It's clear this hotel can charge more than they do! I'm surprised how much they offer at such an affordable price. The wonderful room was modern and clean. The toiletries provided were wonderful since I had forgotten mine! They suggested a great French restaurant and were really helping with directions. The staff is multi lingual which was great as my French can be difficult to understand with my crazy, American accent. The breakfast had so many options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going through Belfort. Visit the Lion Statue while in town!!
Stayed here about four years ago for a couple of nights and was quite impressed overall. Decided to pay another visit for one night, on a business trip in November 2013. Either I got a lower spec room on my second visit or the rooms have deteriorated considerably in the interim. Overall the hotel was fine for an overnight. The room was small but adequate. The decor was a bit jaded. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were a bit stained, as was the carpet in patches. The biggest problem was probably the WiFi. I don't mind paying for good WiFi when I need it (on a business trip) but this wasn't an option. There was free WiFi available but this was slow and unreliable; all I could achieve was downloading emails. The breakfast was OK but not great value at €12 for coffee, juice and bread. On a positive note, all of the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is OK. It is a bit far removed from the centre (old town) but handy for parking and close to the train station. There is a Courtepaille restaurant close by which serves until 11pm, seven days a week, which is handy if you're arriving late and looking for a decent meal. Overall, the hotel was OK, but perhaps there are better value options available for €72 per night or less.
Hotel was adquate. reasonably clean and well kept. Wifi was worthless. Didn't have time to try the breakfast. Windows seemed to do a good job of keeping out the road noise. Reception spoke good English.
