The facility was under remodeling so the common breakfast area wasnt very appealing our room was in the back corner of the bldg.it was clean but in need of remodel ceiling in bath was hanging down by the vent. Beds were very comfortable

Was OK the rooms could've been cleaner and in better shape , the remote was broke , didn't have a back on it and the door had a gap where you could see outside therefore the cold air was coming in

When we got to our room, the door did not shut tight, the extra lock had been ripped from door, the room smelled of bug spray! We just left and found another hotel! I would have much rather slept in my car at a rest stop! But since we had young kids with us, it was a safety issue to leave this hotel and find a safer more cleaner hotel!

This hotel was terrible. It is located right off of I-70 which is convenient but that's about all that I can say about the place. The room that they put us in reeked of solvent or cleaner which kept me up. The bedsheets had hairs all over them and they looked like they hadn't been washed. The floor was dirty too. We were just passing through so it was easy to get back into our car and onto the interstate the next morning. I would suggest paying an extra fifteen dollars and going someplace else in Terre Haute. In fact, I would suggest just sleeping in your car. Trust me. It's not worth staying here. It's gross.

First room had strong mold and damp smell. Was raining and corner behind door was leaking water. Second room was a handicap accessible, smell was better. Bathtub was stained and looked dirty. Bought ajax to clean but did not look too much better. Owner had done a poor job of painting tub is my conclusion. Poor lighting in both rooms.

I wanted a non smoking room and was told they were sold out and had to have a smoking room. It was terrible. It was old dingy, smelled, the bedding was worn out. The pillows were hard as rocks. It was not clean either. Will not stay there again.

This was the second time we have stayed here, once going to Missouri and then coming back to Pennsylvania. The room was nice, the bed and pillows exceptional, we always carry our own pillows and didn't have to get them out of the car. The morning hot breakfast was very nice, folded eggs with cheese, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy, a variety of toast, fresh fruit. A very convenient hotel right near the highway exit but not noisy. A lot of restaurants in the area, some within walking distance.

The hotel was very convenient to the highway and the bed probably was the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. Also can't say enough about the pillows, they were GREAT! We always take our own pillows and this time we didn't have to use them and put them back in the car. They served a very nice hot breakfast, folded eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, raisin toast, and quite a few other offerings, their coffee was very good and provided cups for the road. There were restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. All in all a very nice stay.

Staff went out of its way to fix any problems and to make us comfortable. Property is limited, but quite adequate, considering the low prices. We won't hesitate to return.

In contrast our last hotel stay, the staff at Days Inn were pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. My husband and I felt good about staying there, and will stay there again in the not so distant future. The air freshener in the room was very powerful so we had to remove it and place it outside--this is the only suggestion we have to make our stay more pleasant.

I frequently travel to this area to visit family at the college. This was the perfect spot...tucked away but convenient to EVERYTHING. It was nice and quiet ALL DAY, and offers a great continental breakfast each morning. I lived for my waffles each morning. Great place for the more budget conscience visitors.

Great value for the money. Room clean, quiet, and nice and warm in winter. Breakfast was very nice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good hotel for the price.

My stay at this hotel was not an unpleasant one, but the hotel itself needs some major work. I arrived after midnight and after waiting for approximately 5 minutes or so, was greeted by a man in what appeared to be his pajamas. Assuming I must have awakened him, he was not very cheerful. After checking in, I circled the lot (was packed) looking for my room for another 5 minutes or so, not realizing it was tucked in the corner under the steps. The room was OK, but needs upgrading along with the rest of the place. The bed was comfortable, there was a flat-screen TV, and a nice modern looking table and chair, but that was the highlight. The fridge smelled, the toilet ran after flushing, the water was lukewarm the entire time, the shower head was loose and tilted, so I had to lean on the shower wall to get water on me, and the comforter and recliner were dirty. The best part of my stay here was the convenience of the location, the price, and the fact that the area is peaceful and quiet. Again, its not a total dump, but it is in desperate need of some work.

book a room for one night, not happy at all. Dirty room and it smelled. Doors to room didn't lock good. Not a good hotel to stay at ..pictures look a lot nicer than they should be ..will not be staying there again!!!!

It was an overall good stay. Helpful and friendly staff.

They had a good breakfast, room was clean, surrounding area is decent. It's nothing fancy, but if you're looking for a clean, safe hotel without spending $100 or more, this is a good place.

I was traveling from Indianapolis to Kansas and stopped in Terre Haute to spend the night. I chose the Days Inn because it was located close to I-70. The heater/air conditioning unit cover had broken and the cover was on the floor. The breakfast was decent, but no sweet rols, fruit, or yogurt.

Being just seconds from I-70, the location was perfect. The room, however, was gross: stained sheets, dirty shower, bad smell, filthy carpet. That said, I can't complain too much, I only paid $35 for the room. You know what they say: "You get what you pay for." I was only in the room for about 6 hours to get some sleep during my trip across the country. If you just need a little sleep and don't plan on trying to get too comfortable, this is a cheap option.

It was a great hotel for a one night stay for the price.
