Very nice inn, recently renovated and is very clean inside. The breakfast is amazing and worth the extra moneu.
The park next to hotel was beautiful at sunset. Close to Temple Bar and Leo Burdock's Fish & Chips!
This hotel is across a grocery store . How neat is that?!? We buy our beer and cross the street and in to the hotel .
The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The bath drain was very slow and did not get fixed despite us bringing it up multiple times.

Great location near Temple Bar & Trinity College. Older building recently remodeled, large rooms & comfortable bed. After arriving in Dublin on overnight flight the hotel receptionist was able to get our room ready & us checked in @ 11:30 am instead of the normal 3:00 pm checkin.
Place was clean, small room but affordable. Slow to respond to tissue request as didn't get a new box. Good location. Would book again.
Terrible place. We moved hotels and lost several hundred dollars. This"hotel" is a youth hostel that is being converted, located above the busiest pub in Dublin. Not suitable for families (which I indicated that we were traveling with our children). No sleep until after 5 am and the room is ridiculously ...
