Neighborhood is so so, hotel is pretty nice though in need of some maintenance and repairs. Room is pretty clean except for one big mildew spot in the shower. Bed is firmer than I prefer but not bad.

Rated 3star but really a motel. Orbitz overcharged me vs rates directly by the hotel

So I reserved and paid for the room on Orbitz then I get here and they need another $200 on my cc to put on hold for 30 days!!! What the hell!!

I did not like anything about the property

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I was not expecting much, but it was clean and decent. It's pretty bare bones, but good price and convenient location.

It seems the lobby area is being renovated so it appears as a bit of a construction zone but I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done. We were in an updated room with a fancy glass shower and cool lighting touches. The stay includes breakfast so I would say it’s a good value.

Water leaking so had to change rooms. Only room they had had no working tv and no clock radio. Staff did get me a clock radio though. Bed was comfortable though.

No surprises so far and room was as expected

When we got there I tried to book for an extra night but was told I would have to put another 200 for a deposit. Wasn’t the biggest deal so I decided not to do it and we went to the room. We were impressed with the size of the room. There was a large couch that had a very large brown stain on it. Wonder what that was from? Went to take a shower. The door was a sliding door that was jammed and didn’t close to the bathroom. Pretty awkward if I was with anyone else but I was with my girlfriend so no big deal on the privacy part. Went to start the shower and there was no shower knob. I kid you not the whole knob was missing. Called the front desk and we asked about this and if we could switch and was told someone was gonna come out. Took about ten mins until he came out and he came in and looked around, laughed and said he’d be back in a minute. He’s the only reason they didn’t get one star for surface as he came back and gave us a key for another room and told us that he personally checked it. Was able to get into the new room and everything worked fine except the tv. Luckily I brought my Roku and just programmed the tv to my remote as there was no remote and the only button on the tv was the power. Spend the money somewhere else, especially since they ask for a 200 deposit and barely anything works.

Common areas filthy. Pool not cleaned our entire stay. Some sketchy clientele in the buildings near the parking lot. Desk staff not professional.

Great updated updated room. Only wish is that there were blackout curtains. It was very bright in the morning.

After seeing other reviews I was hesitant. After staying here I discovered that the property has been under new management for last three months and they have been upgrading everything. The staff (especially Sony) are all wonderful and the room is very nice. I will be back.

I had a perfectly fine stay. This property has gotten some really terrible reviews. I did not experience anything negative. It is not fancy. Some of the furniture in the room is a little dated. But it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The mini-fridge and microwave were super convenient. My room was super quiet (granted I was in a corner room). It is not in a fancy neighborhood, but there certainly were fast-food places in walking distance. It's on a major street (easy for driving, could be challenging to walk to the other side). There is ample parking on-site.

Great Location, pretty quiet, near the beach park, nice amenities.

Terrible customer service. Told me it was too late in the night to check in and to leave.
