THINGS TO KNOW
- The pool/hot tub area is not gated nor locked; please supervise children at all times.
- Guests may encounter local wild life including potentially dangerous animals.
- NOISE: County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No amplified sound may be audible inside a residence.
- TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
- DOGS: All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

- This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
- Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles.

Security camera details: Security cameras in the front yard facing the driveway, one facing the front door, and one facing the back yard by the back gate.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
