No elevator and building was old
Solid three stars from us—what you’d expect for a Quality Inn. The hotel was full for a fishing tournament but it was quiet. The coffee makers in the rooms need help, but they’re passable. My kids loved the pancakes for breakfast! The worst part of the room was the strong bleach/chemical smell in the bathroom that did not dissipate for the two nights we were there. Not a huge problem, but in Ron Burgundy’s words, “…stings the nostrils.” The biggest bummer for us was that the pool was closed and in disrepair. Full of mossy green water. I’m guessing it was in that state because of travel shutdowns in 2020, but we chose this hotel for the pool. There was no notification that it was closed.
Clean location and very nice parking well lit with lights. Room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is a bit dated but in good working order.
The property was not bad and the location was good. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at this location several times in the past but I will never stay here again. My family and I will never stay here going forward. .
Stayed here one night for business travel. I think the hotel is used frequently for seasonal employees at the local plants. The bathroom had a strong odor of urine even though it appeared cleaned. The carpet smelled musty as well. It was spacious and had a clean appearance, however, and I slept well.
Walking into the room, I was hit with very bad smell. Like the room had be closed off for a long time. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. The window was blocked by part of the carport, there was a dirty towel on the shower rod, light fixture in the bathroom was so yellowed the room looked like it was lit with an orange light. There were no places to eat open, even thought it was only 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. I had to drive 25 miles to the next city just to get food. There were no channel guides for the TV, and 2 of the channels had such a bad buzz in the audio, you couldn't hear the program. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and warm when it needed to be. And the dinning area was very clean. The staff was cordial.
