Very helpful and friendly staff, phenomenal location. Breakfasts not great - small selection of salads and fresh stuff
This hotel is very nice! Location is perfect, right on Dizengoff street, a block from a shopping center, full access to shops and restaurants and all night AM/PM stores. Also close to beach, about 1 KM and lots of buses for access to anywhere in Tel Aviv or further Rooms are very small, just good to rest, sleep and watch some TV. Just a bed, a chair and a very small bath room. But they are renovated and nicely decorated in the cinema theme with old camera and posters. The building is an old cinema that was converted to a hotel very nicely decorated. It is very quiet, on a roundabout away from traffic. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice, breads, salads, fruit and cappuccino on request.
This hotel was on the start of our Cosmos tour of the Holy Land so, arriving one day early, we booked an extra day on our own. Location was nice, great place to stroll around and get to know the city and even walk to the beach. Although it really wasn't too hot outside, our interior room was quite warm. Told the hotel staff before we went out for a walk and, on return, we were told it had been fixed. Not so. We had to pry open the AC vents with pens to get air flow and then it was not cooling. Front desk just not concerned. Next morning, told more receptive front desk lady we needed it fixed or a different room. She got back with us about an hour later saying the whole hotel AC was out and someone was on the way. Later the second day it was fixed and someone came to room and fixed the vents to stay open. First day front desk personnel, particularly later in the day were unconcerned!
