I learned my lesson: I should always read the reviews!! Nothing on the booking pages told me I was going to get a hotel room for SLEEPING yet NOT get to actually SLEEP on a Friday night because of the freaking loud band outside! Geez, ya'll, state that you provide this entertainment, that way the folks who want to party will come and the folks who want to SLEEP after a long day can do so in a quiet hotel somewhere else! I'm exhausted yet here i sit listening to punk rock 😳😳😳 I think the cold tile floor is horrible, too. The positive: the bed is cozy. ((I'm dying to use it right now.)

The property has a splendid location in Tavares, FL. You have a lake view from the balconies of all of the rooms. The room was spacious, well lighted and clean. The beds were comfortable and had many pillows to choose from. My room had a coffee maker but had no coffee pods in the room. The refrigerator was good and it had a real freezer in it. The shower products were subpar. I had three shampoos and three makeup removers, no hair conditioner or body lotion. The bath products were not kind to the skin. The microwave worked fine. The A/C system was very touchy. Unless you set the thermostat at 68 degrees or lower the room would smell musty and did not get cool. The A/C blows directly onto the bed making it a bit cool for sleeping. The second bed was not affected by this. I throughly enjoyed the balcony. The view was beautiful. I did not use the pool or the pool area during my stay but they were in good shape and would have been most inviting on a warmer day.

Samantha hotel manager went out of her way to accommodate our family vacation. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The view alone speaks for itself. This is our 4th time visiting this property. The customer service is impeccable.
Completely desolate

We liked the size of the room and the view of the lake. The balcony was very nice. The pool was well kept. Things to do in walking distance. Night life on the weekend was good.
Loved the view from the balcony. There are six bars around the area, so gets a little rowdy. It was fun to watch the drama lol. Also, I have a one year old and the noise didn't bother his sleeping routine. I would recommend!! Very nice!

I loved everything about this hotel. The view was beautiful and room was very spacious. They did a great job with cleaning and girls at the front desk are wonderful.
The property is great! Our room was great and had a view of the lake. Only thing is there wasn't any coffee in the room but there is free breakfast so I did get my coffee.
our room was over a bar that the.motel rents too. loud music friday and saturday night until 230 in the morning ..when i said something to the staff they said oh well there was nothing they could do about it ..very rude
