The hotel has a beautiful view, but our room did not have good Internet and the AC broke. We got moved to an Ocean View room (thank you) but the Internet did not work at all, and we moved one more time.
The staff and location are terrific. The room is good sized and nice. Breakfast is nice and complete. The pool is fantastic. The beach is clean and nice. The grounds are well taken care of. Besides breakfast, the food is only average and overpriced excluding the pizza at the beach bar. Signature drinks are nice, best deal at happy hour at the beach bar. The staff was quick to take care of any request or address any concerns. SPA is nice. Gallery (gift shop) is a pretty good value. trip to the "town" is good option for lunch and cheaper massage etc.
I was looking for a break in a two-week business trip and this fit the bill. The beach was beautiful, the water warm, the staff were very friendly and even the dinner buffets were nice. I had a late flight Sunday night, so I asked for and received a late check-out without a problem. The only thing I would raise is the relatively high price for food and drinks that was more Singapore than what you should expect to pay in Indonesia.
