The view was gorgeous; balcony area(s) were great to oversee everything. However, in my personal opinion, for the price, the hotel rooms/bathrooms could use some TLC and fine tuning. Thank you, I enjoyed my experience.
great hotel location, and terrific pool location overlooking entire beach. However pool water was cloudy and not clear. terrific food and bar, the service very good, however I did request non-dairy creamer for coffee, and was denied at the cafe! Nice photo ops in front and poolside. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Ocean access from hotel a bit undeveloped and could be improved. Room had some signs of wear, electrical plugs worn and didn’t keep plugged, as well as no USB charging for today’s electronics. Room bottled water and soap’s appreciated! overall, I would return.
I enjoyed staying at the Guam Reef Hotel. The hotel is very nice. My room was spacious with an amazing view to the ocean. I could watch the sunset from my balcony every evening.

We will also forward your comment to our Food & Beverage team so they can consider having non-dairy options on their menu. We'll do the same with the USB ports to be available in our rooms.
