Enjoy watching dolphins from the dock, take a dip in the private pool, paddle the canal on our stand-up paddleboards, or bring your fishing rod and catch fresh fish right off the dock. Just 1.8 miles from public beach access, and within a 25-minute drive, you'll find major shopping malls, the Manatee Viewing Center (opening in November), TOP GOLF, and a movie theater.

Your property
Inside, the sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for guests, with two full-sized beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

For those who love to fish, the canal provides excellent opportunities for casting a line right from your backyard.

Guess access
Guest have access to the whole property during their stay except for the boat.

Other details to note
Please understand the home is located on a canal. You could encounter bugs around the home such as noseeums, mosquitos, wasps, frogs, lizards, and crickets. We spray regularly around the home to reduce such instances but this is FL and we have no control over these things.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, if reported you will be asked to leave without refund!!!
**Please be respectful of the neighbors** Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

Pool can be heated for a fee
The boat life is not to be used by guests. You are able to tie a boat to the dock.

Grill for propane is guest responsibility.

We provide a starter pack of supplies. Additional supplies is guest responsibility. We do not have any cable tv or streaming services.


We do have outdoor cameras (front door, pool area, and sides of house) for property surveillance.
