The hotel has great potential but is currently under resourced. I checked right in and right out and in the process of getting a refund. The young man at the front desk was aloof, he had just been cussed out by a customer dissatisfied with her room, but that's no excuse. Their were crumbs laying on the foyer table. The doors to the rooms were disgusting. I actually think blood may have been on one of them. Their was either hair or numerous stains on the bed sheets. The furniture and carpet were also stain ridden. The bathrooms appeared clean. After complaining to GM, I was offered a larger room, but the issues were the same. The hotels only saving grace were the great views of the pool and riverand the room sizes. Such a shame!

It was fine. Def a budget stay. Breakfast was cool didn’t check out the other amenities. I would go back

When I was trying to make bagel , I saw small roach under the basket , and I saw another one running near the coffee table , the pillows in my room is old and worn out .

Crappy hotel. Could not get toilet paper from the front desk. Linens were not in the room for the sofa bed as promised very thin blanket for sofa bed. Stained couch. Rotten old chair. Extremely terrible pillows. Very small and thin towels.

Honestly the hotel was not clean. The beds were broken down and there was mold and musty smells in the rooms. We booked a different hotel.

The pool was the only thing as advertised. No hot breakfast, unless you count toast. The room doors don't close tight locks can be picked easily so maybe that's why the hotel business center computers were stolen....Really didn't feel to safe hotel is off the main road in the back behind an abandon building well under construction so to speak. Had to move rooms twice once because the door wouldn't stay closed unless bolted and the other was because a roach was trying to eat my food and the door wasn't so secure there either...No way a 3 star hotel..

Behind the pool is a nice pond with a walkway around it, with ducks and herons

The room was big. The bed comfortable with nice views. The unsettling part was that there was only one rather slow elevator - the other elevator was not operating with no sign on it (or any indication that it would be worked on.). We showered in the evening and my husband could not turn the shower off. It just spun around. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone. Two hours later no one showed up. We messed with it some more and finally got it to slow down and stop. Plumbing problems are a part of life, but a response and some concern would have felt better.

Dirty and multiple things that didn't work in the rooms.

When i first walked it i was told they already checked me in and was handed a key. 2 gentlemen up front were rude. We went up to our room and it smelt like smoke horribly and there was no shower curtain (didtn check for anything else) went down stairs and requested a new room. I was given attitude about that as well. The new room was filthy. The lamps switches were all broken as well as the chair in the room broken. The chair at the desk was stained and unable to use. The curtains in the room had huge holes in it as well did the bed skirt. All the pillows had stains so had to sleep on my arms. Walking out of my room it smelt like weed all threw the hallways. Only one elevator worked and that one had cereal and milk all over the floor. The pool was flithy and there were no pool towells. The only thing semi ok was the breakfast in the am which i was scared to eat due to all the other issues.

there are 2 things we report about the lamp and the fan in the bathroom that is not working, the front desk only listen and never ask from which room until we say it and of course no one show up to fix it. and the dirty towel being taken out but they didn't give the new one until we have to go down stairs to ask for that. the room not been clean and also the bed.

Really a rundown place. Everything looked worn. The area is dead without a game. Not worth the money. Won't stay here again.

Breakfast was out of food, large seating area but had to wait for a table to clear

Very dirty not enough towels phone didn’t work chair was broken and had a hole in it carpet wasn’t vacuumed....

Good breakfast area. Got only 2 large towels. for 4 people. Hallway kind of smell. Next door keep slamming their doors from 1AM, 2AM, and 3AM.

The stay was fine, they need to get their elevator fixed and a better door card system to open the room doors. I had to go the lobby all the time to get another key card 😬

Close to the Airport and confortable bed. Friendly staff
