Lady at the front desk was very rude for no reason. I booked a non-smoking room but it was still located on the "smoking floor" so the entire hallway smelled of smoke and you could hear through the walls very easy. Room was nice and clean but everything else was not.

Was okay but the pillows were not comfortable enough for me and the room was often hot even after I turned on the A/C. The air conditioner would turn off and on by itself even though I turned it on which was annoying.

After reading reviews online, we didn't know what to expect. Our family experience surpassed our expectations. We will consider the Sleep Inn any and every time. Check in and check out could have been faster but that's minor. Thank you Sleep Inn Staff and management at Tampa, Florida location, keep up the awesome job.

When we arrived Melissa K or W :) was very pleasant. Then our room had been overlooked by housekeeping. I went back to the front desk and Melissa was very apologetic and accommodating. She quickly got us situated in a new room. The contential breakfast was a prefect start to the day. Overall, the hotel gets a thumbs up!

Stayed with my 2 kids. They were happy and we were able to relax.

I flew in for a funeral and I asked for early check in I forgot the guy's name at front desk but alot of ppl need his customer service skills he was wonderful I'm making that early check in possible. We had so many family members staying there and everybody was satisfied with the accommodations and it was needed especially since I just came from a hotel from hell in Kentucky thx Sleep Inn I needed y'all

We traveled north to ST petersburg onto clearwater beach then to the hotel. The next day we went to the FL aquarium then back to the hotel. We left and went on to Legoland Quiet location close to restaurants There isan outdoor pool but it rained Will stay again when we go to Busch Gardens and Disney

Once we got in the clerk took care of us immediately. The king size bed was phenomenal. The room is very spacious and clean. They have a great breakfast that was included. For the price of the hotel it was worth it. However if you have to brush your teeth before the wife or the husband , one has to turn on the light cause the sink is in a corner right by the bed. Whereas the shower and the comode is behind a door by itself. Not good at all with that kind of layout. The noise is outrageous. You could hear a person taking a shower while you are in your own room. Door slamming , people talking seem to be as if they are right by your door. That alone prevented us to have a good night sleep. But For the price , good breakfast and cleanliness I'd say it is worth it.

Reservation came through as a smoking room after requesting a non smoking. Was quickly corrected at check in. Room was very nice, recently remodeled.

I went there for a solo get away & relax , turned out to be a great place to stay. Plan on taking the family next time

Nice, clean and friendly. Has all the basics you could need.

I had a nice experience here. Room was clean. Room was set up nice. Watched a few movies on the nice big TV. Did not get up in morning to have breakfast but it is set up nice for it. Staff at courtesy desk were real pleasant. I totally enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel amenities were just fine, however the first floor was just LOUD! Even in the late night hours (1 AM and later), you could hear very loud conversations from the hotel staff in the hallways. Additionally, you could hear every interaction from the hotel lobby and breakfast area from the room... not so great at 6 AM. Other than the noise level, the hotel was good for the price.

Great location for Busch Gardens. Went to "Hollow Scream" at Busch Gardens. I requested a smoking room for my boyfriend, but was skeptical on the room's appearance and smell. I was shocked at how clean the room was, and how it did not smell of smoke at all. When first entering the room, I feel it would have passed as a non-smoking room. I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE ROOM IN ITS ENTIRETY!!!!

We only live 2 hrs away. We had to go to Tampa for orientation at USF. We had to be there at 8 a.m. and at the last minute decided to go over the night before and get a room. The room was reasonably priced (especially for last minute). We checked in and on our way to the room there were a couple of flickering lights in the hallway. Kind of erie but we joked about it. We entered our room and felt very comfortable. It was very clean, refridgerator, microwave, coffee pot etc.. We did not have time to check out all of the ammennities, but were very satisfied. Staff was very freindly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay again.

I really only needed it to sleep at night. The bed and shower were great. The room was clean. The fridge worked very well, but I discovered the coffee maker was not plugged in; then when I hooked it up at the sink, the water did not go through the coffee filter, but overflowed. It could be my fault, but I am experienced with coffee makers. But, I got what I wanted and I had no problem sleeping. And the price was great.

The Sleep Inn is a good value for the money. It is close to Busch Gardens and USF Campus as well as the VA Hospital. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Sleep Inn has a very friendly staff. We encountered several staff members on our stay and not one of them was impolite. I applaud you on choosing the right people for your hotel.

It was up and down. The people were somewhat friendly and the room was fairly comfortable. But the walls were paper thin. When the room next to us was occupied 3 of the 4 days we stayed, you could hear the full phone conversations, the toilets flush and even what happened in the bathrooms. It felt strange to whisper if you wanted to say something private. The hanging area was partially filled with a refrigerator and microwave, which made it difficult to hang clothes. The elevator carpet was dirty and so was the carpeting going up the stairs out of the lobby. The good thing is we were not far from anything and spent most of the time elsewhere except for sleeping.
