Furniture outdated. Looked at 5 rooms before deciding on last. The rooms with updated furniture are nice. Staff extremy accomodating and friendly. Worth the price.

It's close to Busch gardens. Wifi did not work. Room was small but clean. Washer and dryer on site

The room was very clean. No odors as well. The bathroom was all tile and the grout was immaculate. The free breakfast was just fine with all kinds of offerings. If you wanted a heartier breakfast IHOP was just across the parking lot. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The room had everything advertised e.g. Mini fridge and microwave. Nice full size ironing board and decent iron. I can't say enough good things about this property. Oh! And the price was very reasonable.

We would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Tiger baseball and beach

Room was a little dated, carpet under sink was wet and room had a little smell to it. A/C unit did not cool to well and the bathroom needed some paint and plaster around the floor.

The location was pretty alright and convenient. The Pool is small and a little dirty. We had trouble with the door not closing correctly to the point where we had to really slam the door in order for it to close all the way and that didn't make me feel all that safe. The smell in that room was completely awful, it came from everywhere. It really smelled like they never use any type of freshener on the rug at lest. The air conditioning didn't even cool off, i honestly think that if I slept with the door open it would have been much cooler through the night. I kept getting harassed by the other hotel guest when i was trying to have a good time at the pool with my family and even when I was knocking on the door to my room when another person claimed that that room was theirs and that was false. The moment I checked in the front desk gave me keys to the door and it didn't even work, then when I finally got my room key and just settled in, not to long later the front desk gave someone the wrong key card and they walked in on me and my family and all we had was an apology because the desk attendant was "tied and garbed the wrong key" when honestly I feared for mines and my family's safety. That incident was completely UNACCEPTABLE! Before I went to the pool there was a little sign that say that they have pool side towels not to take you own, I went to the pool with my family and there was barely enough towels for all of us, there was only 5 towels and 4 of us.

The Wifi wouldn't connect, there wasn't a variety in breakfast, no eggs :(

We stayed here for one night while visiting Busch Gardens. The staff was extremely nice! Check in was fast. The price for the room was good and the reviews were good prior to booking it. Only a few miles from the park was nice too. Overall, the hotel was fine to stay at although I wouldn't book it again. We found ants in our room and heard other guests say they had ants in their room too. We were on the second floor. The pool was dirty and the pool furniture definitely needs replaced. The hotel seemed older and in need of some attention. The hot breakfast included waffles and biscuits and gravy. If you are looking for eggs you better look at different hotels. All in all not a bad hotel but it does need some attention.

My friend and I decided to stay here for vacation for 4 nights. There are people who continually smoke outside of the NON SMOKING rooms. I walked down the row to see if they were smoking rooms and none of them are. Our room has smelled like smoke due to this and it gives me a headache, thus the reason I choose a nonsmoking room. I told the desk and they said they can't switch us cause they are booked. I do not plan to EVER staying another Ramada again. I find this unacceptable and have a headache every day since being here. People have allegories to things. What is the point of reserving a nonsmoking room if it is not really free of smoke? Very disappointing!! I will be sure to share this with my friends and family as well. Ramada did not contact me after I filed a complaint with the headquarters until they told them twice. Then I got an email that spelled my name wrong, told me they felt compensation was unnecessary and that I would have to talk to you, not blame the hotel. Incredibly unprofessional!

The room was clean, quiet, no loud noises.. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Week 2 at the hotel. Good stay, no issues (and the room smelled better than the last!) Thank you so much!

Good value for the money. Pros: comfortable bed, nice towels and other linens, no bugs. (One palmetto bug but clearly no major bug issues - which was a big factor for me - hey, it's Florida. Cons: Front desk associate texting when I walked in and thought check in, limited breakfast options, the room smelled like urine (carpets?), the air conditioner needs to be updated - cool enough but never stopped running (even when the temperature was adjusted up). This is not the best room for business travelers as there isn't any work space. Good price, location and, overall, stay. Issues are minor and fixable. I will be back. Thank you.

The room was very basic. Beds are comfortable. The room had little amnenties but a nice big pool. Very clean. IHOP located next door. Super convenient.

I have been a repeat customer for years and the service get worse every time receptionists are very rude and not helpful I will not return to this hotel again

Many things about the hotel were great like the bed comfort and breakfast. The biggest problems were that we never had Internet the whole time even after complaining and them telling us they would fix it, and our room was never cleaned between nights even though we removed the do not disturb sign by noon. Great pool and location.

Clean love the breakfast they offer!!..it's a quiet area with lots of restaurants near by!!..the staff was great!!

I was impressed with Catina's helpfulness at the time of check-in; recommending attractions, and making sure we had all the information we needed. Likewise, I was very pleased that Archie was willing and able to open the pool early (8:39am) so I could cool off after my morning run in the Florida humidity. the room was clean and well stocked. The location is conveniently located, and yet, quietly located in a more rural area.

The room was basic but it was fine for a night or two . It's right next to IHOP so that was very convenient.

Bed is too hard... The staff was friendly. Overall happy.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was firmer than I like. The showers had plenty of pressure. I recommend this hotel.

Dear Valued Guest: Thank you for your comments on Orbitz regarding your recent stay at the Ramada Hotel Temple Terrace. I was hoping your stay was better than Satisfactory but it was due to the wifi which I understand. One of our units went down and my IT person has been contacted and hopefully this can be restored as quickly as possible. The staff and I hope to see you at our location when returning to the Tampa area. Best Regards Allan Keller General Manager

Dear Mike: Thank you for your comments on Orbitz regarding your recent stay. I do apologize for some of the issues you encountered. Not to make any excuses and I have spoken to out exterminator. Being an exterior hotel and near the retention pond and also being near the Hillsborough River we have encountered ants getting into some rooms. We are doing the best we can to treat them. The weather is not helping the issue. The pool is cleaned in the morning and maintained during the day but again with the tree near the building and by the pool area I have seen for myself the leaves going into the pool within minutes after cleaning. I have already addressed the outdated furniture both by the pool and some rooms. I do hope you reconsider and come back to our location and give us another chance in the near future.
