Convenient to go to clearwater and the beach. Hertz rental on site, good restaraunt also.

First of all the staff are so welcoming they make you fill home the hotel it’s beautiful the room so clean I will go back to this hotel love it

Hotel was nice, the amenities are a little old and needs to be renovated. There was a old safe with a lock and key that was rusty in my room.

The room had a bad odor and the hotel in general was noisy. Room service skipped our room and we had to call for fresh towels after returning to the room. The front desk was called twice and I had to address three loud patrons who drank and had loud discussions from 1 to 3 in the morning before law enforcement was called to address the problem. The front desk was not manned and phone calls were not answered. Don't waste your money.

Uncomfortable bed, the shower isn't closed in so water just pours all over the bathroom floor if you shower..

it was nice and quiet. the coffemaker did not have anything to make the coffee with.

I called from the road to request e early check-in. The woman told me that 1-130pm would be the earliest possible check-in. I told her that would be perfect. I arrived at 1:35pm. I was told that a room wouldn't be ready for another 45mins to and hour. I told her that I had called ahead to prevent this situation. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. Who happen to be standing to the side attending to another situation. He looked over and pointed to her screen and somehow a room came available. I can't stand being lied to by anyone.

The hotel can use a remodel. All facilities are dated. Environment is pretty noisy, especially late night.

Dropped of rental car, Told the front desk we needed a 5:30 am shuttle, watched red lights of shuttle as it left. Went to front desk and told them about the shuttle, said next one comes in at 6am. got to the airport, missed our flight, 2min late. went back to Ramada, 10 am lost electricity, no car, no help , 10:45 pm ,lights come on. Get to shuttle 25min early next morning, load baggage, leave. Driver gets a call to turn around and get passengers at hotel going to airport...REALLY ?? wondering why you did not make the EXACT SAME CALL for us the day before? We would have been on our flight and been home and would NOT had to stay another night. BTW no comps, no " sorry for the inconvenience" just get the f out.

House keeping is lazy. Didn't clean the bathtub, which was filthy because the water from the shower pooled around your feet. They didn't put the iron up. Noise from the street kept me awake. The elevators are super slow. Front desk Staff was unfriendly.

Building was outdated and in need of repairs. Vending machines didn't work. Front desk clerks were never around. Room was ok but small. Shower was made for a midget

1st room reaked of cigarettes after requesting no smoking room. Called front desk to let them know i did not want the room entered for cleaning they assured me they would let housekeeping know, when i came to my room housekeeping had cleaned the room.

The staff was less not courtesy. The condition of the hotel was to at all what I expected.

Dirty . Hotel was very very nasty n didn't look like the picture

A lot of late night commotion after midnight. (noise from other guests in the common areas)

I was very disappointed at the hotel. There was no microwave in the room. The carpet and mattress needs to be replaced. There were limited channels to choose from. There was a gap between the door and floor that let in light that was annoying

We apologize for the appearance of the property. The housekeeping and maintenance department do their best to keep up with the cleanliness or the property despite being an older building with exterior hallways. We appreciate the feedback and hope you have a happy holiday!
