Room was never cleaned. Carpet was nasty. Bathroom sink was never wield clean. Spigots were not cleaned. Never enough was clothes or towels.

All about location. This hotel was close to the airport and also just blocks away from where we rented our car. The hotel van picked us up after we dropped her car off when the rental was completed and brought us back to the hotel. It was appreciated very much.

The guy who did my registration could have been a little warmer and personable.

Had a overnight stay between flights, airport is close to airport and has free shuttle service and reasonable room rates. Everything we needed.

Really disappointed with the room, old and not very clean.

Fitness center only opens at 8. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is located just two miles from the airport my room was clean and it was quiet. I also got a very good rate. I would stay there again

the associated restaurant is shabby and limited in menu.

Hotel is close to interstate, so it's convenient for traveling around between Tampa/St Pete. During check in the gentleman was friendly and welcoming. Checking out the individual couldn't be bothered to even look up and she seemed annoyed to assist us. Room was very clean, but whatever they use has an incredibley strong sent. We left a message for housekeepeing to please not use it for our 2nd day and they were nice enough to comply. Being an airport hotel-you hear the planes, but it's not terrible. The housekeeping carts in the halls are pretty noisy. Pool area was nice and offered towels. We went in Jan and pool might have been heated. Temperature was really perfect for a swim. "Room Service" has a $15 minimum which we didn't know nor were we informed when we made a small order. The restaurant was kind enough to bring soft drinks up to us, but the gentleman who delivered was obviously annoyed that he had to deliver a $6.00 order and rudely informed us of the $15 minimum in case we needed anything else. My husband was a bit taken back by his attitude and apologized. If the restaurant had let us know over the phone we would have absolutely come down to grab them. There was no need to be rude. Overall, it's clean and fine for the price. I wouldn't go back mostly because the location doesn't offer much around you. We weren't familiar with the area and enjoyed St. Pete much better.

I probably wouldn't stay here again. the staff was not accommodating- a few times didn't answer the front desk phone when we called. Also no complimentary breakfast

We need a close hotel to Tampa General Hospital and this is where we chose that was close enough but not priced ridiculous. It is also right next to Tampa International Airport. The room was what you typically expect. The cleanser odors are a bit much when you first get into the room. We left our door open for a bit to allow it to air out. Was clean for the most part, but could use a good sweeping under the beds. The beds are comfortable, and look clean. No bedbugs to be found in our room (325). It does have a clean small refrigerator and a coffee pot. Would be nice to have a microwave however. They leave plenty of towels for a few days. The room was fairly spacious. For what we needed to be here for it worked. We would go back if needed to.

Hotel staff seemed disinterested. They need a course in commitment to excellence. Mattress in bed near window made crackling noises every time any movement was made. Bathroom inconvenient for handicap person. I was trapped behind door due to need for handicap walker. Expected more from Ramada.

Location is the only thing going for this place, I am embarrassed for Orbitz.

What a wonderful experience. The hotel was kept exceptionally well, nice and comforting rooms! Very clean too. The staff was very friendly as well.

The staff at the Hotel were friendly and very helpful to my needs. My room and the rest of the hotel was clean.

It was a wonderful time spent at the Ramada. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and neat, but smelled strongly of cleaner (like more industrial than flowery). Check in and check out was easy and the hotel bar/restaurant had a good burger. There was a gas station within a block of the hotel which was convenient, but there was nothing else nearby as far as food or entertainment (it is right next door to a strip club, which I didn't visit). I only needed a room for one night so it was fine, but if I was staying more than one night I would definitely not stay here. The facilities and amenities are very dated.

The place is not good with kids. Its scary with different kinds of people. The lobby looks great. The rooms are not very clean and the place is like Motel 6. Did not find it safe at all.

We were picked up at the airport in a timely manner and the room was nice and comfortable. Service was good.

Was awesome nice place great location and nice bar and grill down stairs
