Next door to IHOP. The hotel is in the take off and landing path

Arrived at 1:20am and was told we couldn't be checked in for a half hour because it was now a different day??? Not what we wanted to hear after a long day of travel feel like employee wanted to finish her cigarette ??

I needed an earlier check-in time in order to attend a memorial service. LaQ reservations and hotel staff were pleasantly accommodating. Thanx again

Good location and transport to airport. Room was clean and staff helpful.

Just the right place for an overnight layover. Would have been convenient if they had a laundry area, but not a deal breaker.

Staff was friendly. Rooms need some basic upgrades like carpet and bathrooms but overall fine for the price.

What more can I say other than La Quinta should be ashamed that this place has their name on the door. I picked this motel due to good reviews on Travel Advisor, Man was I fooled. First of all the good: It is near the airport Now the bad: There was a charging station, but it was dead. There was only one working plug in the room. The room was dirty, and grungy - so dirty that I did not even use the nasty shower. . The A/C was not functioning adequately. The free breakfast was only a few generic cereal boxes. The staff did not speak English or very well, not sure what the desk clerk's native tongue was. As a mom with my 10 yr old daughter in tow, I did not feel safe in this place as the door did not feel secure. I would have requested another room, but it was 11PM when I checked in and my 10 yr old daughter and I were tired. This has to be either the most disgusting La Quinta in the US or their standards have dropped considerably. Will never frequent a La Quinta again.

Hotel had no elevator so we had to climb up a flight of stairs with our 4 luggage bags to get to our room. The room was ok but the breakfast the next morning was very marginal. Good thing the I-HOP restaurant was right next store

Tv remote broken not a battery issue and extremely annoying. On off button would not function. Had to change room due to bad door lock electronic issue. Breakfast choices marginal, pastries, toast cereal yogurt oatmeal juice and coffee. But everything very clean and comfortable otherwise.

The room we were first given had a non-functioning toilet. There was no one available to make a repair (Sunday evening, only one staff person present). So we were moved to another room. This room smelled of air freshener over cigarette smoke (though we had booked a nonsmoking room). Then the a/c-heat pump unit was malfunctioning. It was in constant fan on mode, so that the fan could only be turned off by unplugging the unit entirely. This was a problem because one of the two beds was right next to the unit, so that the air would be blowing directly on the person in that bed all night. By this point it was 10 pm and we had to leave at 4:45 a.m. to catch a flight, so we just unplugged the unit and lived with the stuffy air. Needless to say, I am upset that I paid what we did for this room, when the value that we got was poor to say the least.

Very outdated facility . A close proximity from the airport it's the only advantage. Very expensive with poor breakfast. It was not like LA Quinta I remember.

We were greeted warmly. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions. Our room was adequate and relatively clean. The walls are paper thin and we could hear other adjacent rooms. We knew when they were using the restroom, taking a shower... The pillows are wafer thin and were not great for sleeping. Although they tried to offer a good selection of breakfast items, we found that many items were out when we arrived for breakfast both mornings. The breakfast area is quite crowded. The staff had a hard time replenishing any supplies. We could not find bowls or plates and had to ask for some to be brought out. They ran out of hard-boiled eggs, bagels and muffins. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a quick pre-cruise visit, I think this hotel would be adequate. For more than that, I would look somewhere else.

Older property but excellent location, I've stayed here before, right next door to a IHOP.

The staff was ok, but I just couldn't get comfortable in the room. I could tell it was clean but the walls and carpet made it feel a bit dingy, It was unsatisfactory.

Would be nice to have option for fridge in room. Limited power recepticals in room. Those that existed were loose that plus kept falling out.

Room was clean and parking lot felt secure. Night staff was not very helpful.

Nice hotel in general. We had some Difficulty acccessing to lobby from rear area. Construction was taken place Nice Shutlle access to and from airport

Hotel seemed old. Didn't seem like a very safe neighborhood. The shuttle driver was GREAT! And the hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

substandard hotel

Hotel had no elevator so we had to climb up a flight of stairs with our 4 luggage bags to get to our room. The room was ok but the breakfast the next morning was very marginal. Good thing the I-HOP restaurant was right next store
