Just overall dirty, air didnt work in first room, no cups, no ice bucket, nothing in the room except the bed and tv. Microwave worked. Staff was rude, condescending. It must have been my fault the air didn't work. Maintenance man was friendly and helpful. I'll sleep in my rental next time

Charged me a fee for smoking which I didn't even smoke and when I called customer service the dm and gm were suppose to contact me but never did .

The hotel is OK, But we had some issues, found trash in hotel when checking in, microwave did not worked and had to go get one from the front desk.

Bad smell, roches, dirty carpet and sheets a garbage container is probably cleaner than this too

When we first arrived to the room it smelled of urine, I immediately went back downstairs to get another room but was told I could not because they were sold out. I was also told I could not get a refund. The sofa sleeper had dirty socks under it, the tv turned on and off on it own. It was old cereal on the floor. There were bugs in the bathroom. When I went to get more sheets and towels for my room. I was told they wouldn't have any until someone came in and washed them. I will never ever stay here and I am going to corporate.

Although the room is fine with a small kitchen, certain characteristics stain the stay. 1) Staff is not friendly, hardly - if at all - speak to you, and doen't follow your requests 2) Internet access is simply terrible in the unpaid version 3) Walls permit to follow your neighbors conversation etc... 4) Breakfast is very reduced 5) Interstate very close and noisy

Location was good and convenient and close to where I needed to go. The staff and amenities was less desirable. I answer the room with a full trashcan which was obviously not emptIed from previous tenant who had drank about six beers. When I called to ask for an extra blanket and pillow it never came and I had to go to the front desk to get it myself. I never realize so could expire. The bar of soap was more of a scratchpad and would not even lather up. There are no utensils pots or pans so if you wanted to save money by cooking you wouldn't because you would have to go buy all of that, unless they only offer at one Ash. I did not ask, as I had no time to cook anyway based on my appointments. I called three separate times to ask for late check out and nobody answered the phone. Again I had to walk to the front office to ask the question, only to be told that I had to call in the morning because he couldn't do it on the computer that night. I'm not sure how often made service comes on an extended stay hotel, but I was there for days and three nights and no maid service came. Overall, bad experience. Do not recommend whatsoever!

I didn't like the fact that when I first got there no one was at the front desk to assist, had to sit in the car until other guest came and when I saw they didn't come back out, then I went in and had to wait in line to get my room when I had been there minutes ago with noone in front of me...

I had a reservation and a confirmation, butwhen I tried to check in they didnt have a room for me.

It's been a awesome experience , great staff that's very friendly. What ever you need they make sure you have it when asked. And no bugs and very clean

It was so dirty and smelled awful the people at the front where ok. It took them 3 hr bring us pots and pans and a coffee pot. When we got there they gave our room to someone else put us in a difrent room and the bed had blood stains all over it.. I do not recomend! and they have no pool

The staff was courteous. The morning staff wasn't. When I got to the room it smelled like mildew. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, toilet ran all night couldn't get any sleep. The next day went to take care of some business, got back to room the door key didn't work. Went to office for help. The front staff said the card had been deactivated so she activated the card. Try the key card didn't work. I called and told the staff card didn't work waited 25 minutes for maintenance to get me in the room. Do not use this hotel ever.

very noisy, planes...traffic, very hard bed, pillows were terrible, there weren't any drinking cups, one bar of soap, no blow dryer, felt dirty, sticky floor, for the money we paid, so not worth the stay!!!!

There was no soap or any toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom had some poorly done repairs that were an eye soar and the cleanliness of the tub was questionable. The carpet in the room smelled funky, there were multiple stains on the chair and I could see dirt marks on the blanket. I guess this is why the price was so good.

i to switch rooms the first room was very smelly n dingy... the second one was a little better with the smell. appliances did not work. towels had dirty spots n my husband killed two big roaches n one night. never again. i do love the extended stay just not that location.

Everything would have been fine at this hotel had it not been for the incompetent staff or poorly managed hotel. It took us 40 minutes to check in! And the woman tried to make me pay a second time when I had already paid for my room online. When we finally got our room key and opened the door, a surprised couple was already in the room. We went back to reception and were told to wait in line again. Then, the woman told us she didn't have any rooms left. She then changed her mind, went to check on a room for ten minutes, also took a smoke break, and came back to say she did in fact have a room. The room was fine except for a small spot that had blood and snot smeared on the wall. At that point, we were just happy to have a room. Laying in bed later that night, I suddenly heard voices next store. To my astonishment, a new guest had opened the door to a room that was already occupied...again! The next morning I complained to the manager and he did not charge us for the room. While this was a nice gesture, I will never stay here again.

Facilities in the corner of veterans Express Hwy and Hillsborough but a little twisted entrance from that. location cannot be closer to airport north side. Small but well appointed room with a very clean well lited ample bathroom. Quiet.

Very difficult to find, even with GPS. Had to wait at front desk for 25 min for someone to show up to check us in. I called phone from front desk, heard it just rang, finally picked up (probably by corporate) who said they would get someone to the desk. We could hear the phone ring, but saw no one appear. Finally clerk arrived, saying she had locked herself out and went to housekeeping for a new key. Staff called once were we in the room to see if everything was fine. We said it was, even tho there were table settings but no cooking utensils in the room,. (We weren't planning to use them.) But when it came time to shower, there was no soap. Called the front desk. They said they were all out of soap. We went out and bought some. Funky smell to room, but not too bad. Have stayed at other Extended Stay. Do not recommend this one

close to airport, that's it!

worst stay

Our front desk staff members have a variety of duties to manage throughout their shift and we are sorry they were not readily available upon your arrival. It sounds as though the air conditioning is working properly as it is designed to cool, then turn off until it needs to cool again to maintain the appropriate temperature.
