The daytime manager was extremly rude and actually yelled at me

Rude manager and staff. Zero attempt at true friendliness or accommodating simple requests. Worst customer service. The shower curtain in the room did not reach the edge of the tub so water went everywhere. Light flickered. Thin walls. Worst hotel at this price I ever stayed at.

It’s horrible place to stay in. One can rather stay at a Motel which are much cleaner and much cheaper. Breakfast is ‘Grab & Go’ is worst. Layout is like a motel consisting of couple of buildings. Even the lobby is so small that it accommodates only two chairs / guests.

When we looked at the room at check in it was fine. The staff provided us with a hair dryer, coffee maker and coffee which was great. When we woke up there were ants all over the table, counter and in the bathroom. We told the front desk and they said this time of year they come in the rooms to get warm but they would make a note of it. We threw out a bunch of stuff in case there were ants in it.

I rented the room because I had several hours during a stop-over that I needed to shower, change, and relax. Wasn't planning on staying overnight and for the price I wasn't expecting a lot. It served its purpose, but I definitely wouldn't stay overnight. Bed was lopsided/broken. Side of frig was rusty. Bathroom wood cabinet was rotten and disintegrating. Hair in the shower. Showered and changed...but went elsewhere to relax.

Place had a lot of people lingering around the parking lot late night just staring at people, also the rooms smelled pretty bad. Last but not least, the front desk people were probably the most rude employees I have ever dealt with at any of my extended stay visits. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Price of room good. Did not like condition of bathroom door.

roof had parts where water came in and wasn't fixed. outlets in bathroom did not work, and the ac wouldn't cool down, front desk did nothing to fix these problems even after complaints.

Didn't stay. Just left after opening the room door.

Property location and the facilities were very good for a few days.

Not enough staff to handle busy lobby. One person was doing her best but there was just too many customers for one person. It took 15-20 mins to get checked in. Rooms were clean, but old.

It was the worst experience in a hotel that we have had in years. No enough parking space. A lot of humidity smell in room. They offered free breakfast and when we asked about it, the reception clerk told us that we will find a good breakfast in a restaurant 2 blocks ahead. Stay away of this place.
