great location, great staff, close to other attractions

Gross mystery stains on the sheets, tub, and toilet. Rom reeked of cigarette smoke and they wouldn’t switch my room. There was a VERY long hair in the bed before I even got in it and my hair is super short. Didn’t have a coffee maker or ice bucket or silverware or ANYTHING in the room. The room was hot, he AC wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t of even stayed that night if they had a manager! I canceled my week stay and found another hotel that night! I would stay there if THEY PAID ME!!!!!! Don’t do it!!! Then didn’t even have coffee cups by the communal coffee pot. Such a Jenky place

It had a pretty good crapper in the room. I really enjoyed smelling the weed walking down the hallway. The front desk staff like to hang out in the office next door, so just yell for them and they usually come out. Oh yeah, you’ll get an endless supply of fliers under your door!

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the port for us. Wish there were more eating options nearby.

booked a king size bed, got there and there wasn't one. Had to move the next day/ First room was a queen size bed and there were dirty cloths in the dresser. It was suppose to have a fully stocked kitchen, you had to get everything at the front desk. I think the bigger problem with the trip was using Orbitz. I will book direct next time. Orbitz was a bad experience every step of the way. Not able to log into Jet Blue Orbitz did not send code had to calll Jet Blue for code. then the seats I booked thru Orbitz did not register , so had to wait to get sets when we got to the airport. Car rental said extra insurance was not thru them, nut a third party thru Orbitz that would reimburse me if there was an issue. We all know how those work.

Wow. The mini Apartment layout had me wishing I was on vacation to enjoy the room a little longer. They could however equip the rooms with flatware and cookware instead of having to request them. The hotel was busy and it took nearly 30 to get the needed items. Only con besides the 8toilet paper squares that were on the roll upon our arrival. Glad duty wasnt calling! Lol Great place overall excellent Tampa Geo-Lo too(Geographic Location)

Condom wrapper in elevator, dirty q tips on hallway floor, inappropriate graffiti on hotel poster/advertisement in elevator. Slim pickings on "grab and go" breakfast. I thought this would be comparable to Marriott Residence Inns I have stayed at, but a major step down. Low price, clean pool, people at desk were pleasant.

I was very disappointed in thIs hotel. I will never recommend it to anyone. Definitely read the reviews!

We had very long flights & delays, didn't arrive till 3AM. Clerk was very helpful and offered late check out. Poor breakfast choices. Very loud A/C. Bed skirt needs ironing-wrinkled

The room was way below par. I had to wear shoes at all times as the carpet was gross.

The most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. Room smelled awful (mix of smoke and filth), bathroom was dirty and toilet overflowed for no reason. Would've left but we couldn't find another room anywhere near the airport. Our kids didn't want to lay in the beds or take a shower, and neither did we. Called the front desk and she offered to spray the room with air freshner but never came (it wouldn't have helped anyways). I'll never consider and extended stay hotel again, even if desperate.

Never available by hotel issues phone and needed to use outside phone. Front desk evening staff unhelpful with lost items and front desk never answers

QUIET AND NICE STAFF ALSO I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE WINDOWS LET UP SO WE COULD GET SOME FRESH AIR

The rooms include a range top, microwave, dishwasher, and full size fridge, and they will give you pots and pans and dishes if you ask for them. The staff were very friendly. The room did have that stale "cleaned cigarette smoke" smell to it that just never left. My windows could not lock shut, and I was on the first floor. My window did look out into the gated pool area, but I was still nervous about a potential break in. Finally, there were tiny ants in the kitchen area. At first I thought it was just one or two and I killed them, but there always seemed to be 1or 2 on the table no matter how many I killed the whole time I stayed there. All in all, it wasn't fabulous, but it was fine for the price.

We stayed there only for one night before our flight. The front desk worker was extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel has a good and clean swimming pool. The only issue I had was the smell in the corridor, it smelled kind of stale, or as if someone brought a lot of seafood. I'd go there again.

Need to address hornets by the pool- we saw many and my daughter was stung during our visit.

Great deal for package. Bad timing check out of hotel is same day car is due back 22 hours away. So either cut your trip short or pay extra for car. Hotel was a joke. Fridge was dirty hotel spot cleaned sheets were stained. Maxine at front desk not so nice. Had the flu ran out if toliet paper it was an issue to get toliet paper or towels with a week stay. Third floor is a straight ashtray No gas for the grill. We checked in a day late from the drive and couldnt even recieve a late check out. Also i have twin 2year olds walking across the floor front desk called at 7 in the evening to tell me i need to keep them from walking. She said there was nothing they could do when i asked to move rooms. So my family vacation was a headache yelling at my kids to stay on the bed at 7PM when they are sleep by 9 everynight. No coffee or fruit left at 8AM and front desk mentions everyone was eating it up but thought that was the point. City full of hotels not worth this one. Only plUs was the dirty kitchen it came with!!!

Great location with clean and reasonable priced rooms. check in and check out with no issues and staff was very friendly. already planning for another stay!

Having stayed nearby this hotel was much more comfortable and staff were very friendly

convenient to ports

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the port for us. Wish there were more eating options nearby.

wrong room had to move

you get what you pay for
