Basic but clean. Needs some cosmetic work and updating

Water pressure in the shower was bad, when we got to the hotel Mr. charged me 40 dollars because he said my two nieces occupied space, it is the worst hotel I've ever been, over the pool was under maintenance, , no towels in the bed, the Ac is bad, and also charged me 40 Extra dollars, the truth I wanted my money back

This hotel is less than 5 miles from the Ybor section of Tampa located on a busy road. We just needed a short overnight stop and a room with a fridge and microwave which it had for about $55 a night. While the room was large and clean enough, there were multiple cigarette holes in the laundered bed linens and a 2 inch diameter hole in the bathroom door. The breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is located right off I 4 which is great, however it's not in a picturesque area. No good restaurants in the area to dine in. The breakfest at the hotel is basic at best. The rooms are rather dark and cheaply furnished. My entire stay which was six days I had no hot water to shower in, day or night. I saw a couple of roaches during my stay, the staff had said the room had just been sprayed so maybe that's why they were present. All in all the stay was comfortable but I don't think I would stay there again due to the cold water.

Its was a good experience I will come back they were very nice and friendly even provided the right number to dominos so I could get food

Room was not clean. Water was not hot. No where to hang clothes. Shortage of towels. Lots of trash on property not picked up. I have stayed at this chain from coast to coast, but this one is very bad, would never, ever stay here again.

On a quick business trip and prepaid for the stay in full. The price was decent and I could check-in after a late flight without incurring additional fees. Upon check-in, I had to wait for the front desk to complete a private conversation and loan taxi money to a gentleman. During my check-in, the front desk was interuptted by a guest with an inactive card which prompted the response "Your card was declined, so we changed the code." Room was quiet and a little dusty but mostly clean. No soap, tooth brush/paste etc provided. I had to move the mattress to get to the outlet only to discover that every electrical applicance was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged in to an outlet with no plate. Housekeeping comes very late in the day, around 5pm and will ignore the do not disturb sign. My door was opened twice while the sign in the card slot. Hate to think what might have happened if I weren't there. I paid for a late check-out which the manager arranged after speaking with her, only to find myself locked out of the room with an inactive card. Waited over 10 minutes for a very rude staffer to unlock the door. He claimed he was waiting on me but I was standing at the room door and watched him walk to the pool and do nothing for 10 minutes. Front desk then wanted me to come to the office for a new key card but at that point I was over it. I needed the late check out to sleep before taking a flight out but after dealing with the staff, I was too worked up and told them so. Within 5 minutes of speaking with the staff, my credit card was billed for an additional night. Called the office again and received 3 different reason why I was billed. I ended the coversation after telling them I'd be notifying my credit card company of the fraudulent charge. The biggest compliment I can give is that the mini frig was clean and cold.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. It is just off of I-4 and very close to Ybor City. It appears that the hotel may be under new ownership as there is a lot of remodeling going on. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was terrific. Breakfast could use some work. Overall great value.

Best I can say was location close to downtown. Just needed decent place to clean up go out and came back and sleep. Room was relatively clean and towels barely enough were ok. Biggest problem was air conditioning need got room cooled down all night it remained hot to very warm even though it was blowing cool air. View of interstate ramp and parking lot poor as well as pool in disrepair and pile of dirt in parking lot. Stairway carpets disgusting stained. To end on slight positive staff was nice and polite. However overall for price for value extremely poor. Would not recommend when for same price nicer places to stay at than here.

The comforters had cigarettes burn holes in them, Hair in the bath tub, you had to where shoes or flip flops cause the carpet would turn you feet/socks black... just overall not a great experience. The reviews I read about it said that it had been newly renovated, the only then I saw that was a upgrade was the flat screen TV... Oh. and no iron????

Not a good hotel for stay on. Just good for sleep.

Stayed overnight for a concert. Comfy bed and a good value for the area. With this deal, I didn't have to drive to Orlando to spend the night.

Good ,average comfortable. Staff is help full, they offer continental breakfast which saved time in the A.M.

Nice location, good value for the price and not awful.

Dirty towels. Other then that it wuz ok nice flat screen tv pretty big space

Hotel was hard to find. It is a older hotel. looks like they are trying to up date the place. I would not stay there again. The staff an room were ok. the pool was trashed

The newly remodeled room was spacious and very clean and quite nice for the price. Still in the midst of their remodeling of this hotel, though, they still have a little ways to go. However, the staff were very nice and a pleasure to interact with.

I was traveling through Tampa, FL and my car broke down. The shop needed to keep my vehicle overnight so I needed a hotel. This hotel was in a good location, clean and very inexpensive.

When I arrived I immediately noticed the hotel was newly renovated. I was pleasely surprised!! Because it is a single star hotel I was worried but once I saw what the hotel has done to improve itself I was very happy!

The check-in person seemed to not be the most friendly person....definately did not seem to be a people person. I had to pay $2 for a parking permit therefore my car would not be towed...I have stayed at quite a few places, in the city and in the rural areas and I have never had to have a parking permit while staying at a hotel. You do however receive the $2 back when you turn the parking permit back in. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom, which looked like it was just redone...but the toilet blocks you from opening the bathroom door all the way. I was supposed to have a queen bed, however they put me in a room with two double beds. The bed was awful, it was sagged in the middle, and the other bed was just as bad, but you could feel the springs on that one. The room was rather depressing, but for an overnight stay, it wouldn't be so bad...but I stayed three nights. The sheets were clean, but smelt like bleach and the comforter had the smell of women's perfume over it...where they didn't seem to wash it from the last guest. The weeknights were quiet around there, however on my last night there, which was a Friday, it did get rather loud with I-4 and U.S. 41 traffic. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
