My flight was delayed which cause me to miss my connecting flight I call the hotel to let them know that i was gonna be late. I had to rent a car because there were no more flights going to Tampa. When we finally arrived in Tampa the hotel canceled my reservation without letting me know. I had to sleep in the cellphone lot until time for my flight!
The front desk was very helpful when we showed up early for check in. They accommodated us greatly appreciated

Shower didn't work properly. The water ran very slow and the last day the shower didn't come on at all. The 1st day the front office had to come fix tv. Remote was not working. Cable box wasn't connected. Had to use remote control at an angle. Asked to speak with manager about my stay checkout she never acknowledged me so i just left
Toilet was not repaired. There two nights without a working toilet. The hotel was not clean. I noticed areas that were dirty when I arrived and not cleaned the two nights and three days I was there. I would request a refund.
Plumbing was not working. Had no working water and could not use the bathroom or shower.
excellent staff
The check un staff was vwry friendly, but didnt tell me there was a $100 charge to my debit card. He said there was a hild for incidentals, but not the cost. I was ki da surprised. But when I asked, he did explain it to me. He was very friendly without being fake, and was very nice.
Dirtiest and most broken hotel room I’ve been in for years
The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately, their pool was down for renovations and nothing is posted on the website. This was a problem for us with toddlers who planned to swim.
Everything was wonderful
Very strange stay. First room had broken door claw-lock and broken lamp. Second room had weird couch cushion all over, blob of hair on the floor and no hot water in shower the first night. Realizing at midnight that there would be no hot shower was quite deflating. It was fixed the next day but no housekeeping service.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were nice as well. The bed in my opinion was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. They do have a hot tub, but it was not hot at all. The breakfast options were very good and there was plenty to eat and drink. As far as the area there are about 4 places to eat within walking distance, we went to Jazzys BBQ you should try them best we’ve had in a long time. There is also a WAWA’s convenience store that is closest to the hotel. They do have free airport shuttle, but if you need pick up from the cruise port there is a small fee but make sure you have cash.
