Really nice place.
Nothing over the top bad to really gig these guys on. Check in was actually quite pleasant with the lady at the desk. Room was great, parking was a little tight after returning from a night out, but since it was the holiday season it was somewhat understandable. The restaurant on site that becomes a night club after hours is probably the main cause of short parking. I was still able to get a good spot on the grass near the front entrance.

Booked this hotel through Orbitz with pay at property option. 90 minutes before check in began I received a phone call saying I had to put a credit card on file or they would cancel my reservation. When I checked in and asked about this, they said the woman was nice enough to call me and tell me this so they didn’t give my room away since I had reserved it. I have never experienced this before and if I hadn’t been available to take the phone call, I wouldn’t have had a room that I had reserved.

Very modern place. Nice pool area with waterfall. I wish the staff could have lead me to find this hotel better. Great music in the restaurant that i could hear outside. I wish the poolside bar was open. Didnt have shampoo and conditioner like the hotel i stayed at in Lakeland. But a nice place to stay.

Small roaches in corner of bathroom, disappearing in open slit where wall met flooring. A couple checking in right before us had requested a room on bottom floor, since the husband had just undergone knee surgery. Not only didn't they get a downstairs room, there is no elevator (what happened to laws invoked years ago to protect rights of handicapped), and they were told they could go elsewhere or climb the stairs.
Area was quiet, breakfast was adequate

No daily service , water backed up in sink nightly , had to ask to get towels , 5 days no service , checked out 8 am 06/21 they then after that charged me for 06/22
The staff was very nice and accommodating
The bathroom and the beds were dirty, a lot of noise for the disco in the side of the hotel.
Broken drawer, never came to clean up the our room. No additional toilet paper and there was no remote control at our room. The lady at the counter was no helpful at all. She was with a bad attitude.
