The room service never came to clean the room, the hot water didnt work properly in the room
The hotel room we were in was a suite, and there was nothing sweet about it. It was very out dated and didnt look anything like the pictures advertised on the website. We were very disappointed.
The room size was adequate and appeared clean on check-in. However, for the entire 4 night duration no maid or room cleaning service was performed. I had to seek out house keeping myself to get fresh towels and toilet paper. No trash pick-up was performed. This is an unacceptable policy.
The rooms need some update. The location was convienent for our needs.
This was the nastiest place I’ve stayed. We arrived at 12:30am and I contacted Orbitz as soon as we entered the room they assured me they would take care of it. A month later they are refusing to refund. The smell was horrible, the couch had rips, the door lock had been busted, stains on the bedding, the shower handle was broken and the shower nozzle sprayed water onto the ceiling, the room was for 6 people there were 4 towels and the hotel staff said they didn’t have anymore, there were random stains on the floor, the chair had all the “leather” peaked off it, and a pill on the floor in the corner at our door. Orbitz you have horrible customer service to not stand behind what you sell. This hotel management should be ashamed and won’t stand behind it either. I have 4 kids and had it not been at 12:30am when we arrived I would have refused to stay. Comfort Suites and Orbitz - terrible customer service and a terrible hotel. Complete nastiness. The reviews that say It is a clean hotel are liars. I spent $250 to stay there and neither company wants to back it up.
Property was a bit old an dated, but it offered the basic necessities and a comfortable sleep.
Our assigned room had unpainted spots, overpainted and underpainted spots in the bathroom. The bathtub was not totally clean and the toilet was loose. There was also a large hole in the comforter on one of the double beds in the room and the room had a scent of urine. The phone in the room was also not working. Because the phone did not work, my wife had to walk all the way back to the front desk to inform staff of the issues and request a room change. In the new room, it was better but the piping made weird and loud noises as we took showers. This scared our son as he was trying to sleep and he complained half the night that he was scared and the room was haunted. This was a terrible experience and we will not stay at this hotel again.
It was nice, quiet and very convenient to get to places. Could be cleaner. The carpet in the room had old bubble gum stains. If you ever had to stay at La Quinta on University, you won't complain about Comfort Suite AT ALL.
In 3 nights they never changed the bed sheets, the towels in the bathroom, and that free breakfast was horrible. The place smells weird
I have stayed here before ,but staying in room 309 between 4/22-24 I have bed bug bites all over my waist .although this was a problem it will not discourage me from staying here again, just wanted to inform you of it
The hotel itself was great. Was clean and the people who worked there were very helpful. However.....the “guests” were not so great. There were a few ummmm....ladies let’s say in the lobby waiting for some “friends” and then one of them got a room right across from my family which consists of 3 minor children. As my husband opened the door for us to leave in the morning you could hear everything that was going on across the hall. Let’s just say the words that were being yelled were not PG-13. So we high tailed it out of there!

We are an on demand hotel in regards to housekeeping wherein our full service is performed after 3 days of consecutive stay unless requested otherwise.
