It looked like the hotel was going through some renovations and updates. It wasn't very clean and there was stuff everywhere. The lower level hall just reeked of smoke. Breakfast was ok. They had pancakes, cereal and yogurt. It was much cheaper than other hotels around the area. We probably wouldn't stay again.
Had to wait over 10 minutes for the guest ahead of me because they could"nt find his reservation. Now they can"t find mine , this took over twenty minutes . No apology offered. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned , and I doubt that the bedding was changed either. Overall a very bad experience , and I will go out of my way to avoid this place

We had to change rooms because the first one was nasty. Behind the night stand was a container lid with food on it amongst other trash, there was mold on the tile in the bathroom, and the pillowcases were stained. Fortunately they were able and willing to move us to a different room. The second room was overall clean looking, but the whole place needs to be deep cleaned. The carpet is aged and worn, the tile grout in the bathroom is stained, and there are strange wet looking stains on the wall paint. The staff is always helpful and the location is great when we are visiting family in the area, but we will not be staying here anymore.

We've stayed here before and really just needed a place to shower and sleep. The walls are very thin and really was not an issue before. We stayed in adjoining room this time. There were large cracks around the door. Large enough to see through. Our room was non-smoking, and according to the sign outside the adjoining room, it was as well. We were awakened by the cigarette smoke coming through the door. It absolutely filled our room. It actually woke me from my sleep and woke the other people in the room as well. We placed a wet towel at the base of the door to help. We spent the entire next night listening to the gentleman next door snore, cough, sneeze and his tv volume was wide open. This is nothing that the hotel could've prevented...but in the future I will request no adjoining rooms. the breakfast that is offered is somewhat pathetic also.
Room was clean and the location was convenient. There were cigarette burns on the comforter in a non-smoking room. The hair dryer didn't work. The continental breakfast needs a lot of work! Would like to see more options for food choices and friendlier atmosphere. However, I simply needed a clean bed and shower at a decent price and the hotel served its purpose for that need.
