Good location for visiting the school and cheap, but that's about it. The room has a weird smell to it. Like something damp left for a long time. For the price it's acceptable I guess.

Before i booked this trip, i read the reviews. Most of them were not very good. So i went against my better judgment. What a suprise. They are in the process of remodeling. Everything was painted , carpets clean. The bed was comfy and clean. It was a pleasant stay.

Found people loitering on the steps to second floor as I walked up. Waited behind someone (outside) who was paying in cash and checking different pockets to check in. Dark, sketchy looking hallway to room. Room was dark and I felt like I should never take off my shoes. Sheets had paint stain (like they used for drop cloth) and cigarette burn holes. Light switch in bathroom was dirty (sounds weird, but that's how weird it was). Generally, gross.

old rundown property - soft mattress - old bathroom - i expected a simple hotel but this was worst than a hostel

I checked in and 5 min I checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Big room, but moldy wall. AC was off and fridge was unplugged when we got there, so room was warm, humid and smelled like cigarettes. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. Overall, it was a place to sleep. Definitely run down.

The place is on lock-down with guard dogs and a security glass enclosing the desk area. It doesn't seem like the neighborhood really warrants that. The whole place is pretty run-down and shabby. Sliding glass doors have had their mechanisms removed and are just held in place by metal bars. My door was missing its weather stripping, so bugs could just come right in. Someone else in my group found a roach in their room. At least the wifi worked fine.

Great location , hot water for tea avielablee in the lobby

Need a simple, quiet and clean room at an economical price range. This place has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Location is great, nearby Florida State University, several restaurants within walking distance.

It was disgusting. I was afraid I would get bed bugs. The sliding window was nailed shut. Broken bedside light.

The cockroaches. The cockroaches were unique. I am an entomologist. And it was interesting to see how well the local cockroach population was doing at this location.

Very close to Florida State University. Adequate support amenities nearby.

A little older facility but great location. Perfect for a short trip.

We are having some workers stay there while they finish up some nearby projects. They like it and say the rooms are big and comfortable and clean. So if theyre happy, we are happy.

No plugs to charge phones phones and laptops. Few available plugs have lost the ability to keep the charger in; they are physically worn out.

Strong smell of smoke in hallways. Original room had front door falling off the hinges and AC making loud noise.

The lobby was extremely hot when I checked out! The air condition unit in the room made a horrible noise. They wanted to charge me full price for another room. The bed was very lumpy and the room, smelled like sex and smoke, as well as the hallways. The bathroom sink was literally about to come out of the wall. The night clerk had a big dog in the lobby that tried to attack me when I went to the lobby at night. I very much regret staying here! I am very shocked that Orbitz does business with this hotel and, to make matters worse, it was actually referred to me by an Orbitz customer representative. SHAME ON YOU ORBITZ! I FEEL CHEATED!

Clean hotel, but in desperate need of a update.
