The lobby was extremely hot when I checked out! The air condition unit in the room made a horrible noise. They wanted to charge me full price for another room. The bed was very lumpy and the room, smelled like sex and smoke, as well as the hallways. The bathroom sink was literally about to come out of the wall. The night clerk had a big dog in the lobby that tried to attack me when I went to the lobby at night. I very much regret staying here! I am very shocked that Orbitz does business with this hotel and, to make matters worse, it was actually referred to me by an Orbitz customer representative. SHAME ON YOU ORBITZ! I FEEL CHEATED!

Clean hotel, but in desperate need of a update.

Good for a one night stay Got five bug bites on one arm during night

The room was horribally dump and filthy, even had flies in it! AC did not work well and noisy! The front desk was rude and over charged me when the website I booked had charged me. Some people were hanging around at the parking lot made me feel unsafe. Do not stay in there!

rough towels, ring dirty mark on toilet bowl, too dirty grout tiles, microwave and refrigerator couldn't plug in, too loud air conditioning unable to sleep, hard bed and nasty lobby sofa.. Not to go back or to recommend.

Every day the room was clean and we got fresh towels. It is a 2 minutes walk from Momo's pizza which is the best place for pizza or beer in Tallahassee

The room was clean but, you get what you pay for. The bed was king size but was on 2'x4" boards along with the night stand. It had a really old 24" television but great channel selection. I could not get the internet to work. The clerk was sound asleep when i entered the reception area at 6:00PM and was asleep again when I checked out at 11:00AM two days later.

If it weren't for the location being right next to FSU campus and if all other rooms in town weren't booked for the big game, we would have left after seeing this place. This place is rundown and filthy and we paid about 6 times the going rate for a hotel this awful because it was the weekend of a big game. Couldn't wait to check out.

Dirty chairs, dirty linens, dirty bathroom... just gross.

Very adequate for a 2 night stay during a college activity.

Staff was rude, room was disgusting.

when i arrived at the front desk i immediately noticed the indian decor throughout the lobby, didnt not come off as professional to me. then i check in and recieved my key, unloaded my bags and proceeded to 'my' room, i noticed a 'do not disturb' sign on the knob but really thought nothing of it, so i put my key in and unlocked the door only to discover that someone was already staying in the room!! luckily no one was actually in the room when i opened the door! so i had to drag all my bags back to the office where i was given another room like it was no big deal. good thing im an honest person and shut the door to the room as soon as i opened it. i was worried when i wasnt in my room who they were giving MY key to...i won't go back for sure...

Was a days in, need I say more, cheap and got the job done.

I was staying at the Days Inn during a visit to FSU. I have no complaints, other than it being a bit noisy. Comfortable pillows, everything was clean for the most part. The staff was nice.

Great Location! The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything. The first room they put me in included a door that didn't lock or even shut properly! But, the staff were very nice and helped me out. I appreciate the mini fridge, flat panel TV, and everything that worked properly.

Was visiting the law school, so just stayed for a single night. Very close to FSU, so very convenient for our purpose. At one point it sounded like someone was crawling around in the vent, and the plumbing wasn't great, but wouldn't mind staying there again.

A dog was jumping up and scratched my leg as I was checking in. The room had clay colored sand all over the floor and chairs. The door knobs and bathroom fixtures were slimy. The internet was not working. The safe did not work. The staff was unfriendly.

I am an infantry soldier in the Army so I have been to some very dirty and unhealthy places in my life, but this place only has one thing going for it and that is it close location to Doak Stadium. I arrived for check in and welcome was very cold, nothing was said other than they wanted my drivers license and credit card. Never mentioned anything about what was in area or anything about their complimentary breakfast. They say it is 6-9 but if you wait til 8:30 you will be too late and they will have put everything away. They are rude when doing housekeeping, owners are also the ones that clean rooms, if you can actually call it cleaning. Got to room found it to be very musty, but being in the military I can deal with that, plumbing for sink leaked all over floor, poor plumbing for toilet, showerhead was falling apart, bugs crawling all over bathroom floor due to standing water from leaking sink, there was water in coffee maker from last occupants, rags i use to clean my truck were in better condition than towels put in room. The amenities were no where near worth what you will pay for a night if you are in town for a sporting event, would advise to look elsewhere. Owners give impression that making money is their only concern and not comfort and satisfaction of the customer.

I stay in hotels over 200 days a year. This was one of the worst. Filthy room. Horrible bedding.

The hotel was fine and the service was good. The parking lot could use a face lift but so could the surrounding ones too, therefore it's not out of place. It is just an older section of town and is sort of charming in it's own right. I actually loved the location. The only negative was this thing called 'Reservation Rewards". I was going over trip expenditures & lo there was a charge I didn't wittingly authorize. They said they would give me my money back and the are not officially associated with Orbitz never-the-less I will now try another travel site and hope they do not play such games.
