Very convenient to interstate; yet quiet & veryclose to an array of restaurants. They continue their remodeling & it looks modern & updated! Only downside was front desk person. Not very friendly & basically gave us the impression that he didn't have to be! Some additional training on customer service is needed for this young man! Breakfast was good; eggs & sausage tasty. The Lady keeping this area clean & supplied was great! Did her job well & with a good attitude! Perhaps she can train the front desk?

First given a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were a mess and food boxes on the floor. The second room was still dirty. I had to clean the bathroom and refused to let my kids bathe in the peeling tub. The hotel had an odd smell and the carpet was filthy. Breakfast was good. The lady serving breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Very quiet and enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. He service at breakfast was more than helpful to assist in any way to make your breakfast a great start to the day.

A quick stay while traveling and we checked in after 10:30 pm. Upon arrival, we had to sign a blank piece of paper stating we didn't smoke or have pets, They said their printer wasn't working, but It could've said anything and we prefer to know what we're signing. As we head to the elevator, we notice scuff marks on the walls, signs missing letters, and dirty floors. We open our door and immediately notice crumbs on the floor. It looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. The beds were clean. However, in the bathroom in the bathtub there was a 2-3" piece of paint by the drain and the whole tub was peeling. At this point, it's late, we're tired, and need rest. I head downstairs to show pictures to the manager, and there is no one at the desk. Finally, a man walks in and I showed him the picture of the tub. He said they'd had the tubs painted but they were peeling. Then he asked if I would like to be moved to the 4th floor as those tubs have been fixed. Why would you put us on a floor where the tubs were bad? I also told him the carpets were dirty. Though he offered for us to move to another room, it's after 11 pm now, and we're tired. Breakfast was mediocre as sausages were overcooked and the coffee bad. When we checked out, I had my print out of charges. On the road again, my husband calls and states they've charged us $8 more. According to them, it should come off as it's a credit card fee? We'll see. We wouldn't recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Very clean, comfortable room that is close to I-10. The cost was a bit steep but with the hot breakfast, it all evens out.

The hotel is very nice. It needs some updating but overall, for the price and service it was great. Breakfast is included and Ms. Mary Ann is very attentive, works hard to give you a pleasant breakfast experience. We would go back there again when we visit my college student.

I did stay this past weekend whilst taking orientation at FSU for my daughter. My wife and daughter notice a huge cockroach behind the lamp table. We did call the reception desk and they did change us to a different room. The hotel needs renovations pretty soon, Mattresses look old and you already notice the springs, carpets, faucets, the elevator is noisy.

Hotel is due for an upgrade carpet needs to be replaced etc. Our bathtub had part of the finish worn off from where you actually sit to take a bath. Staff is great, helpful, and very friendly. Breakfast lady is super nice!

A nice place to stay - good value for the money spent. Lobby needs to be refreshed but rooms are better. Breakfast lady was extremely helpful and desk clerk also upon checkin was very helpful.

NIce front staff, good breakfast, good stay, would recommend this hotel to others. Older but in good shape. In very good location in Tallahassee, FL. Close to everything. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel--fast food and restaurants.

Very good value for the money spent. Rooms are nice- lobby needs to be refreshed. Wonderful breakfast lady- super helpful! Great employee assisted us at check-in too.

The motel we were scheduled to stay at was overbooked and so we found this one for even cheaper. Great breakfast with a staff member that was prompt with service at a self serve venue. She even set the table for you with real silverware! Room was great. Lost electricity the first evening but not the motels fault. Bad storm.

Everyone was great and for the price, it's impossible to beat

Everything was great except the water pressure and lack of hot water. Water was just barely warm and barely came out of nozzle. In all fairness I did not bring this to the hotel's attention.

It was convenient to restaurants and a comfortable place to stay

Terrible entrance to hotel. Have to drive through another hotel's parking lot to get to the entrance. Bathtub had visible soap scum and the sink faucet needed a good scrub. Color scheme in room was dull and gloomy-burnt orange coverlets, green wood work, black and white granite in bathroom. Breakfast room was cramped and uncomfortable to get breakfast/coffee in the morning. I have stayed at the Wyndham before which is a 2 star. It was very clean with super comfortable beds. I will book my next stay there.

Very nice hotel, good staff, and very friendly environment. No refrigerator in the room for leftover dinner, but besides that everything else was up to par with good standards for a hotel. Will definitely stay again.

I would have given a better rating but there was a dead roach in the shower I discovered while taking a shower. I don't do bugs.. And when I pay $100 w/tax to sleep at a hotel I expect it to be bug free! I checked the beds for bugs also cuz of the roach! Could have been better without the dead bug!

The hotel is relatively new and in a convenient location. You do have to be on your toes to find it as it is tucked beside another hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The one issue we had was with some strange odors on the second floor, but the staff changed our room promptly. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Overall it is a good value.
