Very comfortable for the evacuation.
We stayed here based on previous experiences at our local Best Western. The pictures were misleading. They charged us $200 for a room with a filthy toilet that was not securely fastened to the floor and rocked back and forth when you sat on it. There were cigarette burn holes in the blankets. There were drug addicts standing outside of our room begging for money and not taking no for an answer when we said we had no cash they were trying to get us to go to an atm for them. Felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t pay $50 for this room let alone $200
The room was a good size with a couch and the air conditioner kept the room quite cool. However, the room smelled musty and like pets and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
There was a roach in our room.
The staff was very considerate and competent. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
There were hookers and drug deals happening at this Best Western. The hotel smelt like drugs. We didn't stay.
I can’t believe Best Western woodpecker name on somethings so old
the lobby is the only thing that they renovated and they show a picture of that. Show pictures of the rooms which are ancient.
Check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean . The surrounding parking area was clean until the next morning. Many guests just through garbage all over the parking area. Guests did not park correctly. Took over two bays. Lobby was clean and updated. Nice to get fresh coffee in the morning and loved the breakfast to go bags.
Very clean and affordable rooms! Also I'm pretty sure our bathroom tile was heated? Either way, it was warm tile.
The bed and pillows were very comfy!! I’ve stayed here several times and the staff is always very nice. It’s also always quiet. The hotel itself needs some updating, especially the carpet. The lobby is updated nicely. I will stay here again.

The property just didnt give a clen or neat appearance. Alls were dirty in th room , there wsnt a fresh clean smell to the room either
