Owner was the most unfriendly rude miserable human being I've ever been around. A complete disrespectful and inconsiderate jerk. Very unprofessional

The room did not have a stale smell as some rooms do when you first walk into them. The amenities in the room (e.g., soap, shampoo, towels..) were helpful, because I needed them on this trip. The customer service was excellent. Overall, it was a very good three night stay for me! I would recommend the hotel to a family member or friend.

Pros- room is large and spacious, close to I-10 Cons- not a good place for families that need quiet, paper thin walls, people running up and down the corridor all night yelling, place for construction workers to live, you get what you pay for Breakfast does have all the continental staples and a variety of donuts to choose from.

Checked in about 10PM. Room was dingy, TV didn't work, washed my hands in bathroom sink, shut off water and handle fell in sink, bed was clean, I always carry rubbing alcohol to clean toilet seat (recommended here). The overall feeling was not to touch anything I didn't have to. Ate breakfast at Waffle House located in hotel parking lot and the wait staff there said there was lots of prostitute activity especially on weekends. Waffle House gives you a discount if you show room key.

For the price, I can't complain. Inexpensive and decent. Not much for breakfast, the towels were old and in desperate need of replacement, and I had some trouble with the door lock. They shut the water off on two consecutive days while I was there with no warning. Just when I was about to step in the shower, no water. Had to wait a couple of hours. Besides those issues, my stay was okay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jasmine greeted me with a smile. The outgoing night staff helped me find a Walmart the next day.

The breakfast was not as I expected. No meat or eggs, waffles what we usually have had at other places. So we needed to eat out.

Horrible room, painted a sea green with gold wallpaper trim and borders, bedding not comfy. Room smelled very musty and I kept the door open as much as possible. Didn't want to be barefoot on the moldy smelling ugly carpet. Room was otherwise clean. Clearly they had tried, with granite panel in shower. But décor is hideous and more importantly the smell makes it hard to be in there. Spent over $700 for 3 nights for parents' weekend at FSU, for what should have been a $40/ night room tops. The "continental" breakfast had only one piece of fruit each morning. Stale bagels , cereal. It would be nice if they did a make-your-own waffle like Country Inn and Suites does. Orange juice tasted like Tang. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. I'd avoid this place if at all possible.

For the money I spent on Orbitz, waaaay better than most places. Recommend.

Very good hotel at a very reasonable price. Accomodations I received were very good and staff was excellent.

Reserved a room with a king bed 3 weeks before. Got stuck in a room with a double bed. No refund on cost for the screw up into a smaller bed.

If you are non smoking person Che the room they give u before you get in the room they gave us had a deep smoking smell we complained and they relocated us

Good hotel, good price, close to eating establishments for one night stay.

The breakfast provided was very presentable for on the go which we were all weekend. Friendly staff and rooms were clean. I would stay there again if in the area.

Adequate hotel that was clean and had friendly staff. Nothing fancy. I've had better included breakfast at most places that offer it. I wouldn't be afraid to stay here but personally will look elsewhere when I return to the area.

Definitely a great place to stay yet inexpensive. Staff very pleasant & helpful.

This was our 2nd stay at a Baymont Inn. This might become our preferred hotel going forward. We have used Baymont Inns in two different cities and enjoyed both. Not and lot of bells and whistles but nice rooms, nice pool, and friendly service.

The hotel is old but we just needed a clean room and good sleep. The room did have an "older odor" and outdated look BUT it was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. If you want a hotel with a 4 or 5 star rating, then pay for that. If you just want to be comfortable and convient to everything, this is a great hotel.

They were nice . N I would stay there again. Love the area n view. The pool was clean and other guess were great. Very close to walmart n restaurants.

A little noisy with people leaving early but no big deal.
