Nice hotel not far from the metro station although the walk can be dangerous without sidewalk. Taxi early morning to airport cost 200 Taiwanese dollars and was seamless arranged by hotel staff. The staff were excellent. Hotel is fine. But a tough location if you don’t have a car because the roads are dangerous to walk along. That said it worked fine for me although I travel light and am fine waking.

Friendly and attentive staff, generally clean hotel. Despite local laws banning smoking on hotel property, lots of guests were smoking in their rooms or just outside entrances. A wedding party was at the hotel when I was, and they staged about 40 cars in front of the hotel, blocking all three lanes of traffic under the hotel's porte-cochère, so when I left the hotel in a taxi, I was forced to walk about 50 meters in the pouring rain because the hotel permitted this wedding party to clog up their main entrance for hours, for no apparent reason. Advice to the hotel: if you're going to allow a wedding party to hijack your basic services and facilities, you should make them buy out all the sleeping rooms, and not subject other guests to the gross inconvenience.

old facilities, staff not well trained, when asking for a luggage rack, staff responded with seemingly a proud tone that no luggage rack is offered hotel wide.
