Perfect Hotel and near MRT. After staying in Singapore and Hong Kong in a very small room and paid more then double in these 2 cities. This hotel in Taipei had bigger room and bigger shower so it was perfect especially the bed was very comfortable. The only complain I have are the staff, they need to be more friendly. If you are taking MRT from the airport, please get out at Z10 exit, do not take any other exit, otherwise you will get lost as Taipei main station is VERY BIG and easy to get lost.. From Exit Z10, its a 2 minutes walk, just make a right as soon as you get out and the hotel is couple of minutes away.

The reception we got when arriving at this hotel was disgusting We arrived around 10 and they were rude and informed us that check in is at 3 We were left wondering around Taipei all day We returned at 3 and were told double the price we were originally given not forgetting they had already taken 1 night out already We were treated badly so bad in fact we flew straight out to Vietnam Do not go to this hotel Even asked to speak to manager and that was declined

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to eateries, shopping areas, Taipei Main Station, Taipei Railway Station and Taoyuan Airport Express MRT Station A1. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. It takes about 8 mins from Taipei Main Station (A1) - 桃園機場捷運A1台北 車站 103, Taiwan, 台北市大. Take Exit 4, walk straight along Section 1, Chong Qing North Road (重慶北路 一 段 ) then cross Beiping West Road (北平西路). Walk straight again along Section 1, Chong Qing North Road (重慶北路 一 段 ) cross at Section 1 Zhongxiao West Road (忠孝西路一段) towards Taipei City Fire Department. Turn left, cross and continue onto Section 1, Chong Qing South Road (重慶南路一段). Continue straight till arrival at 和昌商旅-台北站前館 which is on the right.

- 1 minute walking to the exit Z10 (the furthest exit of Taipei Main Station), at least you don't need an unbrella going to MRT - A couple of fast food and convenient stores nearby - Don't mind the breakfast provided by the hotel - Nice and polite staff - Room is good, up to standard, shower is hot enough. - Kind of a no frill hotel, simple, get what you need. Overall it's pretty comfy. It was a great trip anyway.

First impression was great as I had a room on the top floor, not much of a view but away from the traffic noise. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. The staff at front desk were professional and polite. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and the housekeeping service diligent and discreet. My room had a huge bathroom with a tub big enough for 6 (see photo). I would recommend and stay again if in Taipei.

We stayed in there for one night but this hotel was easy to find just a few minutes from taipei main station. The room was perfectly clean. The beds confortable. The bathroom was clean and functional. One of the best hotels I have tried in taipei so far.

I usually stay in this hotel. The location of this hotel is great, only 10 minutes walk distance from Taipei Bus Terminal. The rooms is clean and big. The price is competitive. Staff is polite and helpful.

Stayed here for 8 nights, location of this hotel is great and convenient. Staff always polite and helpful. We had the free voucher breakfast for one day only... as it was just Mcdonalds or yoshinoya. Not sure if room 706 was a dud room... but we had mould in our room and bathroom. Looked like there had been leaks in the outer walls before. Could see mould on the wall paper. Internet was average, wouldn't connect at times. Although it was a good price, i probably wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights in an executive room - small but slightly retro room. Chose the hotel for its proximity to the main station and subway links for seeing the city. Good value for a hotel in this location. Good Wifi. Staff at Reception were always very friendly and pleasant - but with limited English. As advertised - so we were prepared for this - breakfast was a voucher for either a nearby McDonalds or Subway. We chose Subway which was very close. It got us up and out at a good time for sightseeing!

This hotel was located near Taipei Main Station, and it's just next to the Taipei Underground Street / Taipei City Mall, very convenient. The room was average, good enough for a double room at this price range. However, we had a very traumatizing experience with its' customer service. We called the hotel's counter to book a taxi to Taoyuan International Airport next morning. The staff who picked up the call first said that it will cost us about TWD1000, which we thought it's reasonable. Later, he called us back and said that it's going to cost us TWD1700. We were reluctant to take it, but he had somewhat threatened us that "You're not going to get a taxi in the early morning, and this is your only option." It's our fault that we did not reject his offer immediately. The next morning, when we told him that we decided not to take the taxi, he yelled rudely at us. We were stunned, and it was unbelievable that we were yelled by a hotel's staff. He refused to cancel the taxi, and insisted us to talk to the driver when the taxi arrive. We finally cancelled the taxi when it arrived, at no cost. I am extremely disappointed and shocked with the staff rude attitude. It's traumatizing, not coming back again.
