So spacious w/3000sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 3ba, sleeps 16 and offers a game room, bubbling hot tub, cozy fire pit, and dreamy backyard with string-lit dining, BBQ, and a play area. Enjoy sunsets and peaceful mornings in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to local dining on Sixth Ave or explore Ruston Way just minutes away. It’s a serene space to connect, relax, and make memories. perfect for families, friends, and large groups. Mins away from UPS, St. Joes, TG.

This amazing fully remodeled 1907 craftsman house is located right on 6th Ave. You can walk to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops visit the amazing legendary donuts for breakfast or grab sushi’s at trappers.

Or you can hang out at the house, soak in hot tub, play corn hole and other outside games, barbecue up a steak and enjoy sitting by the propane fire pit!

This house is located in the center of Tacoma so you can get anywhere within 10 minutes to downtown Tacoma, Ruston point or to the Tacoma mall. We are only 25 minutes away from Seatac airport.

You are also centrally located within the state. Seattle is 30 minutes away.
Driving distance to the Olympic Peninsula and the Hoh rainforest in the Olympic mountains. You are within 1 hour of crystal Mountain and Snoqualmie Pass for skiing and or hiking in the summer. within 1 hour of Mount Rainier. There is so much to do all around.

You will have access to the entire house and back yard, plus the courtyard in the back with basketball hoop. Only place with no guest access is the detached garage in back is for owners only.

We had a job in the area and instead of staying in a stuffy hotel, we thought this would be much more comfortable. This the second time we have booked this house. We are staying here for a 3rd time as a matter of fact.
