The air conditioning did not work properly..very sporadic, finally after 3 1/2 days we were moved to another room....the rooms could use newer carpets that don't smell, although we were very very disappointed in the rooms, at least the staff was very nice especially the LADIES at the front desk. Will not be staying there again.

We were unaware that the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning in your room, and we were more than happy to move you to a different room upon being notified that the unit was in fact not up to par.
