Executive East Syracuse Hotel

We love the breakfast and the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful

The Executive East Syracuse Hotel should be CONDEMNED. We were appalled at the filthy damp carpet. After walking barefoot for a few hours in our room, my feet were BLACK. Also, there was no smoke alarm in our room, only a spot on the ceiling where one should’ve been. Also the toilet was not anchored to the floor.

NOT CLEAN..REFRIGERATOR DIDN'T WORK AND THE ROOM SMELLED.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 on a neighboring hotel. It was disgusting. When we tried to open the window to let some air in the glass fell out. Pictures look alright on here but it’s not in person.

Outside awning damaged like they just had a hurricane. Stairway smelled. Door to room didn’t close right, almost left it available for someone to just walk in. Hole in blanket. Stained walls and rusty leaking tub. Hotel is need of repairs n remodeling

Peaceful and quiet. Fridge, microwave and TV, can't go wrong!

The staff were fine and the room itself was ok, but my husband and I stayed with our 10 month old in a nonsmoking room on the second floor but the entire second floor hallway smells like cigarettes. Disgusting! We were too tired to switch hotels but seriously considered it. My husband got one of the towels yet and blocked the bottom of the door to the hallway with the towel. That helped!! But never staying here again!!

The bedroom door was broken, the breakfast was really poor, the dining area is really small. The staff was pretty efficient. The vending machine was empty. I really won’t recommend this hotel to nobody. It was pretty clean.

Everything broken in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable and not enough sheets/blankets.

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Dead bolt lock didn't work. Bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere, toilet, floor, shower. Towel bar had broken off and was missing. I only stayed in the hotel for a few hours as I arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning, so I thought it would be tolerable for a few hours sleep, but I would not return. The price was cheap and that's exactly what I got.

It was dirty and very noisy. Kids running around. I went to the front desk and complained. They did nothing so I told them I was leaving. I was told by the desk clerk the ppl had 4 Kids and he didn’t want to let them stay but they paid and had a reservation. I told him I did too! He never once offered me a different room or anything to remedy the situation. I left. Today I called orbitz and they called the hotel which then bald faced lied to the orbitz operator saying they told me they would move me upstairs. They did no such thing. I was offered absolutely nothing to remedy it and drive 90 Miles Home just to turn around and drive back this morning.

It was cheap and all I wanted was to shower and sleep, which I did comfortably :)

Should replace pillows. They are paper thin. Not a good sleep

We tried a few hotels over the years. We normally need to book in this area during family weekend as rates and availability are limited. I wanted to try something that might be a step up from motel 6. I did not think it was any better, maybe about the same. Next time I would stay in motel 6.

room was spacious, had microwave and refrigerator which is a plus at the price point.

The hotel room was dank and felt wet from the moisture in it. They had a small fan set in the corner to drive out the humidity but it was not doing much for the situation. The room itself was in need of repair. The bathroom had a small hole in the ceiling and the floor tiles were cracked. I watched a millipede scurry into one of the cracks in the morning. The place had a funky musty smell throughout,
