Buyer beware. Other than close to thruway nothing else going for it. Bathroom floor rotted. Recommed paying the extra $20 for a chain hotel

The facilities are a little dated but very clean. A cheery breakfast lounge has a waffkw maker, selection of pastries and cereals, and yogurts. Easy on and off the highway, yet quiet. Good quality fir the price.

Hear didn't work the greatest breakfast was ok. Staff was nice

The hotel was a perfect place to stay formy extended business trip. Half the price of other hotels in the area and same value in my opinion. Friendly staff, right off the thruway

It was my first time in Syracuse, NY. I really enjoyed the time in the town of Clay. I was there for business, one night stay, and the hotel served its purpose. The staff was friendly and attentive and the room had exactly what they promised. It was not a luxurious hotel, but they took care of me and the price per night is great. During my stay I visited Santangelos an Italian family owned restaurant that was close by and the food was awesome, especially their dessert, Tiramisu. One thing I notice is that Taxis are much more expensive compared to NYC. It seemed that no matter how close by I wanted to go the minimum I would spend is $10. From the Greyhound station to my hotel was 6 minutes away and the taxi charged me $11 dollars. The next day I took another cab from my hotel to the site I needed to be at, and it was like a 10 minute ride and I had to pay $20. I guess I expected it would be cheaper being it is a small town. Overall I had a great time and would like to go back and spend more time. However, I would definitely drive or just rent a car.

I had to make a quick trip from Salt Lake City with only one night between flights. Hotel was basic in amenities but clean and the right price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to airport and a great Italian restaurant nearby. I would recommend it.

very easy going hotel close to Syracuse airport. You need a car to get anywhere, but that is to be exepcted. Good value!

Was a clean room and the cost for 3 nights was same as what they wanted at conference hotel across street for one night, so can't beat that. Nothing fancy, but a clean room and bed to sleep on.

Easy to find. Clean room. No noise. Good value. Would recommend and stay again.

There was nothing special about it. Very bland. The continental breakfast ended early and it wasn't labeled anywhere in the room to know when it was.

The Room was clean and comfortable for just a one night stay. Staff was vey kind and helpful. Would like to have seen something hot for breakfast like waffles or eggs but otherwise it was fine.

We always stay at Knights Inn. Great value, very friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast is a plus too. Location is perfect for our visits.

This motel was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was fine, and the staff were very friendly.

For the price, it was a clean room and good location close to where I neede to be for work.

A friendly greeting with everything ready for us. The room was clean and had the standard amenities in well working order. It is a well lit parking area. The wi-fi works very well and the TV service is good. Well kept; and easy to find.

Easy access. Very clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and I'll stay here again.

I needed a place for a friend and I to stay over night that was clean, comfortable with a friendly staff - and the Knights Inn was the right place. It didn't have anything fancy - but it's not like we hung out in the hotel. We just needed a place to hold our stuff while we toured the city and a place to sleep. The free wi-fi was great to look up directions and a breakfast included. It was a simple spread but still filling. It was perfect. There is also a convenient store across the street to pick up things you forget to pack (toothpaste/snacks/etc.) Will stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. Close to highway and eats. Close to downtown syracuse ( 5 miles ). I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that wants to save money while visiting the area.

was a little skeptical of hotel at first, but after reading reviews i decided to go with it. the room was perfect, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. i took their card and will be staying there again next year.

The room was small but clean and comfortable for the price. The breakfast was very dismal. Juice dispenser gave us water, took bagel and cereal back to room because the tables were not clean and it was a very small area. Close to the highway and then easy to get to the University from there. It served our purpose.
