Wonderful experience. Staff was over the top friendly and professional. Made us feel right at home.

I reserved a big room with two beds.. when i got there they gave me my keys to room, opened door and it was already occupied...The only room they had left was smaller with one bed and a sofa bed..very uncomfortable..Why make reservations if your not gonna get what you reserve...The worker was extremely nice....Said the manager would take care of it in morning...checked out and no one took care of anything except taking my money....

I would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk manager called me on my cell phone to let me know my room was ready for an early check in, unbelievable! Clean, comfortable king size bed non smoking. GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET!

Good location and easy access. Comfortable and clean. Have stayed here many times before and always consistant good quality and value.

We needed a early check in so we could be on time for a funeral servcie and the staff was able to provide that for us. It was a challenge since the hotel was full due to the State Fair in progress.

Our rxperience at this hotel is always pretty good. the only problem this time was the nois of the fridge in our room. We usuly do not have a fridge. The breakfast continental is pretty good. The SPA was not working, but this was not a problem. I will continue to stay there when we will go to Syracuse, but I would like to have senior rate. Your reservation do not give different rate. We have to accept what we are offered. Pierre

This hotel had a vile odor to it in every area. When I complained about my room being revoltingly smelly the staff would not even answer me. I will never ever stay in a Fairfield Inn again. I will stick to the higher end hotels where I am at least able to get a response from the staff. Rick Rickman

Stayed here on business for one night. Nothing special but certainly could have done worse. Price was good and the location was convenient to Fulton and the airport. Plenty of places to eat nearby the hotel. It would be nice for the in-room coffee maker to have more than 1 wimpy packet of non-dairy creamer. Breakfast was decent with the waffle as the highlight but the coffee was less than good.

In my opinion the Fairfield Inns are the best. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Staff is always friendly. Pools, Gyms and breakfast with an all day coffee bar? Awesome. Beds are super comfy with enough pillows to satisfy anyone.

We just planned a family get away from home to relax and swim. Not sure if i would come back to this location. A few of the staff members were super friendly then others not so much. I felt the hotel wasnt very clean, breakfast not much to offer, should have another microwave had to wait awhile to warm a sandwich up.

We stayed at this hotel because it was about 20 minutes from the NYS Fair. The room service was great, and the pool is a good size. The hot tub is always a plus. The fact that the hotel was smoke-free was a real bonus. Definitely would book this hotel again in the future. The breakfast buffet could be a little tastier, but there was still enough offered to start your day.

The room was nice (non-smoking) and very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The Fairfield Inn in Liverpool, while trying to be accommodating was anything but....lots of apologies though.... Our first night was fine...and it went downhill from there. I tore a whole in my foot on the metal mattress/boxspring bar that was extended too far from the bottom of the bed - lots of swelling and discomfort....got an apology for that. Then, maid service was always forgetting something...coffee, towels, emptying ice bucket...making bed...but the best..was the key cards. Apparently they were having issues and we ended up with three seperate replacements because our cards just wouldn't work. It was very inconvenient since our room was just about the furthest from the lobby/front desk. We had to stay there several days, because there weren't any other facilities close to where we needed to be, other wise we would have left after the first two days. Staff was friendly enough, but I don't want aplolgies - these were all things that should have been cared for, as a simple matter of efficiency and professionalism.
