The sheets seemed worn and dirty. The toilet had poop stains all over the outside of the bowl. It was really gross. It looks like they did a very superficial cleaning of the room. Regretted this choice.
The party above never stopped and couldn't sleep. That makes the urine smelly room seem like small potatoes.

The room was dirty; there was a used towel On the floor in the closet; it was noisy; the unique smell Of weed being smoked was in the hall and seeped into the room. We left and went to a different motel.
The whole hotel smells and is outdated, needs to be renovated.
The 2 girls we dealt with were awesome. Went above and beyond. The microwave in room was not good. Pieces on top inside were falling off. Not safe. Room had a smell but other than that it was good
It was very clean and had friendly staff. The free breakfast was a muffin and coffee, but I was happy they supplied something for me to eat at the start of my day.

The hotel was kind enough to check me in late (way past midnight). But they had released my booked room (even though I had called ahead and said I will be arriving after midnight) to someone else and gave me a different room. They assured me it was no different than the the other one, but I could smell the smoke in the corridor and in the room.

I was overall disappointed with the stay because based on experiences with other extended stays I’ve been in. First, the reserved room I had was dirty, not turned over from the previous guest. The desk attendant promptly corrected the situation and I was pleased with her customer service. The hotel floor and my personal room had an odd smell, along with cigarette smoke smell in the halls. The room was suitable but not by far up to the standards I had come to expect from previous Extended Stay experiences. My biggest complaint was when I locked my key in my room. The night attendant could not be bothered to stop watching tv long enough to assist me. When I finally did get her attention and told her the situation she handed me a key to my room after asking for my room number. She never verified my name or asked for identification. I had never seen her before and she never saw me. How did she even know I was really a guest? I felt like my belongings at that point weren’t secure and was very turned off to this hotel. I would say stay at a suite in a regular hotel or cough up some extra money for a different extended stay facility because this location was quite disappointing.
Needed a Getaway and this place was top notch. First time staying at an extended stay and everything was clean, and beautiful
You get what you pay for the price. Clean but needs updating... lobby, rooms, linens. Chairs in "kitchen" were a little grimy. Staff was friendly, good for a quick cheap stay but wouldn't stay long term.
Accommodations were fine. The 2nd night here the hallway smelled like weed.
You charged me. I had confirmed room reservation. Told they had no rooms. No one helped us. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
