Im.very happy with my stay. I would stay again. The breakfast was great money saver. I have 4 kids.

No a/c in room had to put all my luggage in the hall before I could switch rooms they didn't offer to help

OK hotel, but eggs were in a refrigerator and covered with wrap; it was unclear whether we were expected to use a microwave or leave them alone.

Average experience, isolated place, asked to change the room number because ice machine did huge noise behind the wall

Had problems with the A.C. at 10:30 pm front desk girl came up tried to fix couldn't so up graded our RM. The A.C. worked awesome. bed was very comfy. RM was very clean. They should ADD yogurt in the breakfast. Had too many bread products.

Everything was pleasant! Everyone was nice and very accommodating.

Everything was very good with the exception of first room that had an issue with the heater. But we were quickly provided a new room with no problems. Also were granted a later check out that was greatly appreciated. Good breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel. Nice amenities.

Our room was absolutely freezing when we arrived and did not noticeably warm up until sometime during the night. Rooms should be prepared for arrival of guests...especially when it's 10 degrees F outside.

The hotel noted on the sign outside that it had recently been remodeled. It had been. Looked very nice! The furniture in the room was as good as anything in an upscale place. The king size bed was very comfortable with 5 or 6 pillows. It had a cushion added on top of the already very thick mattress. The mattress was encased in something (maybe a bedbug proof cover??). They offered breakfast, but I did not check it out, so I have no opinion to offer on that. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised.

This hotel is under a MAJOR renovation and should be closed! There is ripped up carpet, and basic construction dust and debris in the hallways and stairwells...including several screws! The first room we were given had dust over almost everything...when we asked to be moved to a clean room we were told that there was no guarantee that any of the rooms would be any better. They said we could leave...but we were in the area for work and there were no other choices. The management of this hotel should be ashamed to be open in this filth. I was thankful not to have had children with me.

The hotel desperatley needs updating, you can here everything throught the walls. Bathroom floor was dirty No shampoo Just need to pay attention to the details

The hotel was overbooked on the weekend. Our shower control was broken allowing only hot to almost boiling water. We bathed for two days from the sink. There was no maintenance help on hand for repairs. On Sunday night, after complainig for two days, they gave us another room. Also, the complementary breakfast was less than that presented in other hotels. The location is fine for our purposes, close to Oneida lake. Although we do not visit often, I will probably look elsewhere for a hotel, based upon our experiences.

missing was the room cleanness , replacing simple items like drinking cups for water or coffee. or and restocking supplies . furniture stainned needs more attention by management

We stayed one night for attending next day's graduation commencement for our friend's daughter. We picked this motel because most of other hotels/inns have no vacancy on this day. We paid $ 189.45 for otherwise a $50-range motel. The room and the hallway are filled w/ strong cigarette odor even though it is said smoke free. The lobby is filthy too.

ROOM WAS VERY DUSTY.AC FILTER WAS DISCUSTING,MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHILE WE WERE OUT FOR THE DAY.

Comfortable and friendly staff. Will do it again when the time comes.
