The lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment is located on one level on the ground floor and offers everything you need to relax and unwind from everyday life. The living room features a comfortable sofa, two cozy armchairs, and a dining area. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen cable satellite TV and DVD player, a hi-fi system, a telephone, and a safe. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The large, new bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, new mattresses, a built-in wardrobe, a dresser, and bedside tables. Wi-Fi is available. In the garden, you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair. The house has a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
