We enjoyed this great location, walking distance to everywhere. The staff are friendly and give great service. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We look forward to coming back to stay.

Room was clean and the hotel was in a good location. Limited parking, we had enquired whether parking was available for us and were told yes, upon check in we were told the carpark is full and that we had to park next door for $55 a night. We also had asked for a rollaway bed, the mattress firstly, only big enough for a child and i'd booked for 3 adults and secondly all we could feel were springs. In saying that the staff were lovely.

Great location. Close to train station and bys routes. Lovely 2br apartment with spacious, clean rooms. Maintained everyday. Could not hook into the wifi. Reception had a bad smell, unsure what that was.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, close to trains/buses and shopping centres, across the road from Hyde park and a 25-30 minute walk to circular Quay and the Sydney opera house. Lovely rooftop view. Car park was a bit small and tight and wouldn’t recommend using it if you have a big car.

The location of this hotel suited us very well. It was within walking distance of public transport, shopping centres and Martin Place and attractions such as the Museum, The State Library, The Barracks and the Anzac War Memorial in Hyde Park. The Studio room we booked was surprisingly spacious with a king size comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. We had a lovely view of Hyde Park and the city landscape. The service from the reception was excellent. They were helpful, accommodating, respectful and welcoming. The least favourite part of the stay was the lack of a handtowel in the bathroom and no soap holder on the vanity. We stayed for 2 nights but the daily service on the first day was disappointing. Water was left on the floor which was a potential fall hazard. However these were minor issues compared to our general enjoyment of our stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights over nye. The first thing I noticed was a terrible smell in the foyer. Smelt like a sewer pipe had broken. The reception staff were great, straight forward check in. The room on level 10, while not having much of a view was fine. Was a huge room with small kitchen. Comfortable bed, very clean and everything in good condition. Room is pretty tired though. Great location. Not far from museum Station, and that's on the airport line. Hyde Park is across the road. All in all, the hotel was good.

My brother and I stayed a few days. The hotel since we last came a few years ago has been updated. We found our stay cozy, great and enjoyable. We this time around didnt use the pool, but that was because it was too cold.

A dirty place with bad room service. The smell was awfull and the aire conditioner did not work. We have a room conected with another apartment and the noise was incredible.Too expensive for this service. Only front desk People were very Goodyear.

Great rooms and so close to all the action. We had a really great time here. The rooftop pool is a must in summer and everything Sydney city has to offer is right a short walk straight out the lobby door!

We stayed one night this hotel and mainly used it to drop our gear and sleep. It is a very convenient hotel just minutes walk away from all the action at Sydney CBD. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower had comfortable flow and temperature. Expect there to be traffic noise in the centre of Sydney CBD. We also noted there was a cigarette smell in the room on entry - despite aerating the room by opening all the doors, there was still a smell the next time we went into the room. Otherwise, apart from small details in the entry doorway tiles and the finishing on walls revealing what may have been a very old apartment building that was renovated, it was more than reasonable for our purposes and stay.
