Hotel was easy to find. Very close walking distance with roller bag to the Central train station. I got a quite inside room - light shaft to window. Made it quite in a loud section of town. Bed was comfortable, room was very small, but had desk and nice bathroom. Very clean, safe, quite. Overall very comfortable, great for business traveller. Location walking distance to everything if you like to walk.

Room, was small but well laid out. I liked that it's window was on an inside shaft- made it very quite, but brought in natural light. Quite is good as this is right near the central train station. This hotel met my three criteria: 1) afford able, 2) near the Central train station 3) Quite with a comfortable bed. For those who do not come to sidney all the time- take the train form the airport. Central is only 3 stops after you get out of the last airport stop and only takes about 12 minutes - vs at least 35 in a taxi and costs $16.40 vs about $50. This hotel was an easy walk from the station even with my roller board packed with 10 days clothes and my computer backpack. Wifi is not included but is only $70 a week, which is about half most other places. I was able to stay for about $110 per night all included for 3 weeks. Normally I would have had an aching back or neck, in most low cost hotels - but the bed was good, and made my stay quite productive. You wont find a coffee shop or food - but you don't needs it there are three places within 100 meters of the front door, and many more in the area. Its only about a little over mile and a half walk to the Rocks or Circular Quay, with lots to see along the way. Everything is walkable form this location (2 miles max).

Room was tiny. Clean but tiny. The lack of staff at night means people are on their own if there is a problem. We had a key problem and had to call a locksmith, and Police, to sort out. Had a stranded family whose flight was delayed so they arrived late. Once staff are gone they are gone. This place even charges $2 to watch your bag a few hours after you check out, price is per bag! Horrible value for money even though room is clean and location good.

The front desk was very pleasant to work with and helped us in any way they could. Some of the drawbacks are that you pay for Internet access and only one device can use the code at a time, and most of the time you can't connect. After 9pm, the front desk closes, so you can't get anything if you need it, or have access to the laundry at that time. You need your key to access the lobby after 9pm as well. During the day, the area seems nice, but at night it can be a little rowdy. Also, the is only one elevator and it is super super super slow. The room for 4 people is pretty tight once luggage is stowed around the room, but it was comfortable. The rain shower was interesting, but I would rather have a regular pressure shower head. Also, the soap for washing hands is in a dispenser almost as far as it can be from the sink, but it does include shaving cream, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but not sure if I would repeat if I am ever back in Sydney.

very disappointed about the room , small and not clean, staffs are rude and not helpful, they just sitting there and looking at the computer when they talking to you!!

Close to Central Station for transportation to almost everywhere as Sydney has trains, buses, & ferries to all the top sites. Laundry on 1st floor, Internet is $15/day and good speed, good breakfast across the street.

Yes the hotel is located in a goood area, but for $110 a night you'd think they provide you with ehhh you know internet at least! NO!! $15 for internet (which didn't work that good), and everyone that travels needs it that's just that!!! Check out at 10am, which most hostels/hotels Ive stayed in for the past 10 years have always been 11am. Oh and if you're an hour late checking in its like a $20-50 late charge...not to mention if you lose your little plastic card keys its a $75 penalty charge! Hotel of jail rules is what I felt. I was scared to ask for an extra towel because I thought, it may be a $50 charge! Anything/everything there is a ridiculous charge! I should of stayed at my hostel...great location, $30 a night (and it was nice), free wifi, free breakfast, ownership not cheap, and friendly staff!

Good location, but not worth the price is a little expensive.

The staff were great which is just as well because the hotel is very average and overpriced. The twin room i booked had no windows and was tiny. I was not prepared to stay in the room it was so claustrophobic, i therefore spent three days moving from room to room. If the room description had stated no windows i would have known not to book it. I was also angry to find that even though it was an Australian hotel the price was in USD with no indication that this was the case. When booking an Australian hotel i expect it to be in AUD unless otherwise specified. All in all not a good experience. I wil lnot use Orbitz again nor will i stay in this hotel.

They had my room ready and let me check-in even though I arrived a few hours before check-in began. The staff was very helpful with locations for things to do in the city, and they were great with getting me a ride back to the airport when I left.

There were no windows in my room. Not a lot of space. Bathroom is nice though. Staff friendly. It is adequate if you are looking for a place to sleep at night.

This hotel is just off George Street half a block from a McDonald's that has free WIFI. It is next to a nice little cafe. It has luggage storage for those who arrive early off a cruise ship. The hotel room was clean and the area quiet.

The price was excellent. It was only a block away from the Central Station for trains, bus, subway. Great shopping nearby. Close enough for a long walk to the harbors, have your walking shoes on! Buses run regularly, buy bus passes prior to getting on. Or ride the 555 from Central Station free to the harbor. McDonalds with McCafe around the corner, 7-11 also there.

This was perfect for a one-night stay in Sydney before our morning flight home. We had already toured downtown Sydney earlier during our trip, so it worked out well that this location was further south than our previous hotel -- closer to airport (our shuttle dropped us up first upon arrival, picked us up first to leave!) + close to Chinatown, where we picked up last minute souvenirs. But, our standard room was tiny, had no windows, and was laid out like a railroad-style dorm room. The headboards of our 2 beds were lined up back-to-back (we had to sleep with our heads together, feet at opposite ends). It was a super-convenient and efficient room, but any longer than a night and we might have gone nuts! It was quiet though, and the reception service was great (although they are not 24-hrs). Maybe some of the other rooms are bigger. Very close to Central Station and a block away from McDonald's (for free wifi).

Room was small with essentially no window and the vent system was broken. The bathroom was small and there was no floor mat. Otherwise the location was within walking distance to all of down town and the metro train.

Very comfortable room, especially for the price. The window looked out into a ventilation shaft. No frills, but clean, and just off of a major road in Sydney.

I enjoyed the convenient location, close to central station and all the ameninties of the room were very nice , clean and very quiet . I was only visitng Sydney for 2 days so needed the rest at night which i got.
