Decent hotel , clean and centrally located. Good breakfast options. The price point as compared to other hotels nearby seems to be on the higher side. Otherwise no complaints with the facility, room cleanliness and general service was very good.
Hotel staff were helpful but the room was quite small. In addition, you have to pay for internet wifi, and that was ridiculous. Paid a lot per night for a cubicle size room and wifi is not free. Might as well pay extra $20 to $40 for better hotel elsewhere and with free amenities.
Very good locations, easy short stroll to water transport , trains, buses etc, All major business building are waking distance. Room small but very comfortable for two people in a business trip.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is walking distance to many great Sydney attractions, and a short cab to most others. The rooms are very small, so if you are traveling as a couple, and you each have a suitcase, it will be difficult to find a place to put your bag and still navigate the room. During our stay, the elevators were working only intermittently, and we would sometimes have to wait 10-15 min to catch a lift. The staff is not unfriendly, but they don't smile or acknowledge you when you come in and out of the hotel, so that made it seem a little cold to me and my wife. We also did notice that the hand towels that we placed on the floor of the bathroom to be replaced with new towels were just hung back up on the rack after housekeeping had "cleaned" the room.
