Firstly, the property location is excellent, however, beware of adjacent school timings as street parking is extremely limited during school pickup and drop offs. There will also be a significant queue along Orange Street during pickup and drop offs. Mobile reception inside the property is also very limited. I would describe my experience is as not horrendous but pretty close - allow me to elaborate.From check-in we did not have Wi-Fi - after paying a significant amount of money, you'd expect the bare essentials to function normally and continuously, this was not the case for the Wi-Fi. I had guests from family members from overseas that were here to celebrate a wedding and they were unable to contact anyone as they did not have access to the internet. After contacting the property manager/owner numerous times over the course of the first 3 days, I had all but given up. Finally after almost 4 days, on a Monday, I was contacted by the property manager/owner (still not able to clearly distinguish who was who) only to ask me who I was (?!?!?!?). I was extremely frustrated, anxious and apprehensive as I had provided all the details requested of me and there was still no wifi, and to be asked who I was?!After a long discussion, I was finally told to contact the Internet Service Provider and talk with them directly - which I should not have to do as a guest.
