Stayed for four nights and found the room to be large and comfortable. The location in McMahon Point has excellent views of the city and harbour and is very close to the ferry. Highly recommended. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Stayed here a couple of nights for work. Nice size apartments and good size kitchen and bathroom. The harbour view is great, could've sat and watch the activities on the water all day!! The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There are fresh muffins at reception available each day. The only negative is there isn't anything in immediate vicinity for food. I did note that you can place an order for delivery from the local IGA. The retaurants are maybe a 5 - 10min walk or alternatively you could catch a ferry from out the front to go over to darling harbour side to those restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again.

I had paid in advance and there is a no cancellation policy. Otherwise I would have checked out. I was told the noise wouldn't start again until 9am - this was incorrect. Apart from the views, the unit was disappointing. The decor was tired and dated, the wifi was bad and I was freezing cold. The heater was hidden in the wardrobe! I checked out earlier than planned as the noise was unbearable. I had hoped for a relaxing night away and was terribly disappointed.

We spent 2 nights in a studio apartment with harbour, bridge and opera house views. Spectacular! The rooms are well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. With the ferry stop right outside it is hugely convenient. Yes, the restaurants and shops are up a steep hill but the walk was good. We enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was that the cleaner had not cleaned up a broken glass from the previous people which was next to the bed and bedside table and one of our party (a child) cut her hand pretty badly picking up some of this glass.

Excellent serviced apartments. Welcomed with a smile by the management team. I have stayed multiple times and your best bet is to spend the extra money and pay for the water views. Completely Water front with the best views in the country. Ferry wharf out the front. What more could you ask for?

We were disappointed with our stay at these apartments and did not find many of the staff here welcoming or helpful. The arrival check-in was centred completely around getting payment of the balance immediately,(no chance to get yourself settled in your apartment after a 2 day journey), just a very unwelcoming pressure to pay up (less you change your mind?!) We did not pay for a Harbour View, and did not expect one, but had thought we would have a view of something, perhaps from the side of the building - unfortunately, not, just a view of the back of buildings. Still, the apartment was quite nice, but a bit pricey at £120 night to look onto nothing. On our first day, we were rather tired, but there was no chance to rest during the day due to the awful noise coming from both outside AND within the apartments. Outside there is land being excavated, and inside, there was an apartment being renovated next door but one to us. The sound of constant drilling and building work was awful. I spoke to a member of the reception team, Judith, and asked why this work was not made clear to customers PRIOR to booking. Judith pointed out that we had not paid that much for our apartment, (excuse me?!!!) Even if we had not paid a huge amount, (which I contest at any rate), I don't think that was relevant or the point! Had we known about the works, we could have chosen to have gone elsewhere! Other excuses we had from another member of staff was that the apartments are privately owned and it is up to the owner to choose whether or not to disclose the fact that work was taking place and that it was assumed that those renting the apartments would be "out during the day" honest, the noise ruined our stay here, along with the attitude of the staff generally. The apartments themselves are quite well decorated, but are pretty old, have filthy windows, poor bathrooms and no heating/aircon. You are suppose to pay over the odds and forgive all this for the views. If you are happy to do this, then this place might be for you. The staff are quite rude, and it does not feel like a welcoming place to stay. It feels like a place where the view is capitalised on and used to charge a lot for accoomodation that is poor in many other respects, (plus they even charge for the wi-fi). The area itself is very handy for the ferry, however, restaurants and bars were a good ten minutes walk away up a hill. We didn't feel there was much of a "buzz" to the local area.

What an impressive location! This place is perfect for families. It is so peaceful and safe. We were only on the second floor, but the view of Luna Park and the bridge from our family's two bedroom apartment was absolutely stunning. It is located about a minute's walk from the ferry stop, so you can park your car and forget about it. There is free parking on site. The apartment is great for families with kids, because there are not loads of cars out the front, and there is lots of grass to play on just around the corner. The only downside is that you do have to walk up a big hill to access shops and the post office etc. The decor is contemporary, although our kitchen had not been renovated, so that is something that could be improved. There was no dishwasher. There are shared laundry facilities (one per two floors, I think) that have coin-operated machines. This is not a five-star hotel, but it is certainly comfortable and convenient.

Wonderfully appointed studio apartment with a view. Great transport at the door. We are in Sydney monthly and this is our preferred location We like that there is no additional charge for parking and the muffins at the front desk in the morning are an added treat

Love this place stay here when venturing to Sydney. Everything fantastic view service apartment free parking and close to everything via ferry. Macmahons Point has great restaurants and not crowded and over priced like the other side of bridge.

view is great ...access to harbour and ferries is fantastic...domnt stay here if you want a five star resort or is a good sized apartment with brilliant views ...the car also gets a room with a is fine...bathrooms have been renovated recently by the looks...we love staying here
