My wife and I loved this place. The location is beautiful. Waking up to the harbor view was a highlight of our trip to Australia. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Sydney.

The hotel was the perfect location. Steps from the ferry and close to the friends that we were visiting. The room was spacious and had great views. The pool was nice and the staff very friendly. If you need internet access, this is not the place to stay. Heard many customers complaining, and they charge you for it, though it doesn't work. Also, did not provide any toiletries. Does not have air conditioning, so rooms get very hot in the summer.

We loved this apartment! It might not be decorated like a 5 star hotel, but it's all about location in Sydney. It's right next to a ferry stop and it looks out at the Harbour Bridge & the Opera House. The views are spectacular! I loved opening the window in the kitchen and having the lorikeets feed off the window sill. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the bed is heavenly. I would love to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights last December and loved it. We got a 1-bedroom on the 16th floor that faced Lavender Bay. Spectacular view!! And if you sit pool side or pull up a bench in front by the boat dock, you get a spectacular view of the bridge and opera house. (We sat outside one evening by the waters edge with a glass of wine and enjoyed watching the view of the city lights. It was a wonderful private time, and not something you can do from most hotels in Sydney.) The location was great. Just a few steps out of the hotel and you can jump on a ferry to any location you want. I didn't realize the ferry system is a primary source of transportation to see Sydney and the local area, so I feel quite lucky we picked this place. It made touring around Sydney super convenient. The apartment / room was very clean and comfortable, especially when compared to many hotels we stayed at on our one month trip to Australia. (Although don't expect feather beds and upscale amenities or you might be disappointed.) The living room was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook up a nice breakfast before we began our days. We had no issues with our neighbors, so there was no noise issue to speak of. There was a laundry facility next door, but we never used it. The most beautiful wild Lorikeet birds would fly to our kitchen window every morning (looking for treats, I assume), and if you leave your window open they will hop in and try to steal your sugar packets. We spent a few morning feeding them crackers, and even named a couple of them. I would stay here again just to see these birds once more. The parking garage is tight, so if you get a car be sure you have a compact. There is street parking too, but it's limited. The nearest grocery is about 1/2 mile up a hill. There are several good restaurants and pubs there too. The place didn't have air conditioning, but at the time of year we were there it wasn't needed at all.

Stayed with my daughters upon arrival at Australie, nicce lokation, ferry just outside, pool was clean,...

We recently stayed at the Harbourside apartments and had a great time. The location is fantastic with the ferry stop steps away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apt with the harbour view. There are some good restaurants located in the neighborhood behind the apartments. If we ever return to Sydney, we would love to stay here again.

In terms of location and views of Sydney harbour, it does not get much better than this. You are at the waters edge. Rooms are little small, outdated (could be a little cleaner - windows etc.). On site parking is free and service is excellent. Great for a family stay in Sydney! I will be back.
