Nice and roomy, comfortable for a large family, great location
Everything in the description is very accurate and the pictures are a good representation of what you actually get
The furniture is well worn but sturdy and that makes it more comfortable and cozy for a family, although it really does have a great kitchen and beautiful views and deck for entertaining. Lots of cute animals live in the neighborhood.
The buses less than a two minute walk and get you anywhere you need to go in Sydney. The shops and food on Darling Street are great.
Property managers are very attentive, and easy to communicate with.
If we ever get to return to Sydney, I will definitely try and rent here again!

Great location in Balmain, super attentive hosts - property needs lots of TLC.
We stayed at this location / property for 2 wks. Paid a pretty penny for the 14 days rental. It's a nice location, close to the high street in Balmain, but the property is very tired and old. Rather dark too from the insides. Humidity was very high and lots of dampness in the lower floor. Couldn't use the rooms much at all as it was very cold in the house and in the lower floors too. The front entrance area needs lots of cleaning and refurbishment. Front entrance lock is not very secure. The property managers were kind to do a 2nd cleaning as when we moved in, the kitchen floor and living area was quite dusty and kitchen floor quite oily too / the oven needed cleaning too. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is very large and the bathroom is also quite big, but there is no blinds or curtains to provide privacy when in the bathroom / shower - quite odd. Front door lock doesn't feel very secure. The kitchen is well appointed for easy use. Overall a good stay, but quite expensive for the amount we paid for 2 wks. Signifiant TLC is needed to bring the place up to a level where paying the amount we did for 14 days would justify $460 / night. Property Managers did a nice job and were attentive - thank you.
