My wife and I enjoyed it. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the train station. It wasn't a luxury hotel but I wasn't looking for one. I was looking for cleanliness, convenience and at a fair price. I got that and more.

Decent location close to Chinatown with many options for Asian food options and close to George street shopping area. A bit of a walk to the Bridge and Opera House but easier by train. Hotel itself is just ok, nothing special. What was annoying for us is we got a small room with a ridiculous half sink.

Nice stay and hotel is centrally located. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby

Need a separate lighting for bathroom only. Very clean and good location for getting around.

This hotel was totally serviceable. The rooms are pretty plain and it's a bit of a hike to the opera house, darling harbor, etc. We did walk most days, but I wouldn't describe this as really being in the CBD. It's more like it's just outside the CBD. The little coffee shop/restaurant next door is great! I felt pretty clean and the shower was very nice, however one of my companions did see a cockroach in the bathroom on our last day. If not for that, I would recommend it.

Nice small cozy room. Staff were friendly. Wi-Fi worked without a problem. Not very spacious if that is what you're after but just right for an overnight stay.

great new hotel but very small room. no amenities. great for short stays. near shops and restaurants.

The location is great but the room left some things to be desired. The bathroom sink was about 1foot by 8 inches and, with the tap coming into the centre, it was virtually useless...nowhere at all to put any toiletries in the bathroom. Had a long "desk" in the main room, but no chair, just a couple of plastic stools. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room cleaners didn't do a good job as the sink was dirty every day.

Small but very clean modern rooms, fast and free Internet. Housekeeping could be better, forgot 2 days toilet paper and shower towel. Very friendly front desk staff! Good location nearby station and chinatown.

Great experience!!! The staff is very kind and always available for help.

Hotel was clean and we were very happy they let us checkin early after a 30 hour flight. But upon entering the room qas dissapointed with the bed arrangement. I had booked this hotel sspecifically because they advertised a triple studio with three single beds (I saw the picture) so that myself and two teenagers could have a nice comfortable sleep. We were given two king singles pushed together to make a big bed and a single sofa bed that was the mist uncomfortable mattress in history the springs could be felt and the plastic was still on it????? I went back to front desk staff they claimed they don't have the bed configuration I was talking about???? Yet they had a picture of it for my booking? I was not offered any solution or apology. I believe the room to be overpriced considering we all had to sleep in the bed together with a ceack down the middle.

Helpful staff and clean accommodations made this stay very nice... 5 minute walk to the train is awesome...

Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing our hotel but I am disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Being a heritage listed building, there are certain development limits that we need to adhere to. However, we do have other room types that provide more spaces for our guest. Look out for our King or Superior King rooms when you book with us next time and I am sure that you won't be disappointed by the size of the room. Thank you again and look forward to welcome you back soon. Kind Regards Jacky and the team
