Bounce Sydney - Hostel

Was skeptical about this hostel (usually I stay at wake up) but was very impressed! Rooms were quiet, spacious, tidy and well ventilated/air-con'd! Facilities were clean, although a bit worn (what can you expect from a Sydney hostel - its a busy city!) and this hostel boasted an amazing rooftop outdoor area. Also, fantastic location close to transport (literally! Right next to the train station!) and the city. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again.

Spend 3 nights at Bounce hostel and it was really great. Bounce take really good care of their guests and the hostel is very clean and well organized. It's perfect for a single traveller since you meet a lot of people in the hostel and they organize different activities and events every day such as bbq, beerpong, free yoga on the roof etc. There is aircondition in the rooms and you get a big locker to put your stuff. I would definitely stay at Bounce again!

Rooms were awesome and clean! Huge kitchen to cook in every night but also located next to a great bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and the events they put on are fun! Really love the vibe they have at bounce everyone is there to have fun and meet new people

Facilities are excellent. Everywhere is clean and pretty much brand new. The rooftop is great, lovely view of the city and very spacious. Kitchen is very large and no overpacked fridges and cupboards (which really annoys me at hostels) There is a movie room that boasts comfy chairs and a huge tv with a subscription to Netflix - super duper for chilling in. Activities are planned by staff pretty much every night for those interested. The hostel is opposite central station so location is perfect. Only off putting thing is the price but you get what you pay for in this world...

Have spent 3 nights at the bounce hostel. Location is absolutely perfect situated next to central station. Rooms are clean as is the kitchen which is spacious and offers free tea and coffee. I was in a dorm room which unfortunately had 3 people who snored but this is always pot luck. I at least was able to relax in the ample comfortable areas provided in the hostel. I loved it here and this was a great palace to stay in the centre of Sydney.

I recently stayed at Bounce for a week in the 8 female dormitory. The dormitory was always clean even though there were travellers getting in and out everyday. The lockers provided were super spacious, to the extent that many ladies had all their thing in there, even suitcases. The locker has plugs inside so you can easily leave things charging in the room behind locked doors. Also the locker door has ventilation holes, so you can have your phone plugged in whilest in bed and using it! Clever! The bunkbeds were a bit wobbly but after a night or two one got used to that. The bathrooms were always very clean and there was always paper in the toilets. It got a bit busy in the morning when people who went to work got there, but avoiding those times, there was always a shower or toilet free to use. The kitchen was great! Even with several people cooking it didin’t get too cramped. Lots of cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs. Always very clean. The rooftop terrace is fantastic! The best part of staying was getting to know people there, especially while travelling alone! The thursday evening hot dogs and sunday evening burgers were really really good, and CHEAP! The staff was always super friendly and helpful! I had to get some copies done and everything got sorted out there at the reception! Even the mail got sorted out thanks to the awsome staff members! Really loved my stay there and if back in Sydney I’ll definitely return here.

We are not Hostel people, but this time we took the chance to give it a go. Stayed in a double private room with ensuite, sometimes we forgot we were in a hostel. Go to the top floor where you can get to know other young people spending time while drinking a glass or watching the view over Sydney. Stuff is helpful and kind, everything was good. Only downside, you can hear people walking in the corridor or having fun in their rooms. But at the end of the day, who cares.

The place was really comfortable. It was also very central, with ease of access to the airport and varying neighborhoods in Sydney. There was great security options for your belongings, and a very clean bathroom/bedroom environment.

Overall I would recommend this hostels. We stayed at a couple in Sydney, and this was by far the best. The space is modern and cool. It has an awesome terrace and large common area by the kitchen. It also has a couple other common spaces that are nice and spacious. They organized fun social events, and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, you can't drink after midnight as the common area on the top floor closes, and you can't drink anywhere else. My one minor complaint was that the outlets are in your locker, not by your bed so you can't charge your devices next to you, but this is very minor.

Absolutely faultless. Hotel levels of finish and cleanliness. Staff were brilliant. Free WiFi and the rooftop terrace is great to relax on. We stayed in the twin room and it is absolutely huge with tv and free coffee. Location is about 30 seconds from central station.
