This is a well-located property with easy parking and access to services. The luggage carts are in very poor condition making them hard and unsafe to use. Our room had a toilet seat that had not been cleaned on the underside. The elevator makes odd lurches and jumps indicating a lack of maintenance.
Have stayed here often. All ways a great stay.
This facility is located near where I need to go. The rooms are nice and shopping and food are nearby.
Price & location. Breakfast...served egg rounds w/overcooked links. Sausage patties would've made sense to make a breakfast sandwich.
The front desk employee at check-in was great. She was personable and friendly.

Was easy to get in and out , nearby my business need for the day Quiet , clean .
Some furniture was slightly damaged. The jetted tub was very large but the Jets were a little weak.
Very friendly and accommodating kids disappointed the pool was broken and they couldn’t swim
Room was big. Loved that there was a fridge. Room was clean, but sink was slow to drain
Great hotel for the money. Bed was very comfortable. This was the first time we stayed here but we will be back.
I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfy and the bathroom lighting was amazing.
We stayed in a king suite. The bed was comfortable but pillows were very small-not even standard size. Room was very clean and had all we needed. Living area part of suite never really cooled down and stayed stuffy but overall a nice hotel. Breakfast could be a little better as very few choices for those watching carbs and they kept running out of eggs even tho hardly anyone there to dine.
I've stayed here a few times in the past few years but was not impressed this stay. The price was too high for the quality of the room. There were stains on the carpet and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. My niece had a room down the hall and the smoke detector battery died in the middle of the night. Front desk personnel gave her a dead battery. It was finally fixed at 10:00 pm the next night but she was told to hop in a chair and disarm it! Very disappointed this time.
We had a great time there. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice full breakfast. great coffee. The only issue was that the room phone wasn't working and we didn't get our 5:50am wake-up call. Could've really been disastrous, but we woke up. They did promise to replace that phone.

Hi Mark, Mt sincere apologies for the conditional issues you describe. I will have maintenance inspect the luggage cart immediately and speak to housekeeping regarding the cleanliness issue. Our elevator is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety. I do thank you very much for your feedback and assure you I will address all the issues you mentioned.

Hi Laura, Thank you for your suggestion! We did have sausage patties however they are a little harder to come by recently whereas the links are readily available. I do hope that you were able to find some items that you enjoyed for breakfast :)
