CLEAN ROOMS!!! Housekeeping here wins the gold medal. Exceptionally clean room (always gets the most points from me), very comfortable bed, clean carpet, **bathroom super clean**. Very pleased, worth a detour to stay even if your route doesn't pass through Sutherlin. Lady at front desk was also very helpful and professional. This place really does lodging the right way.
Absolutely loved my stay here ! The rooms and amenities were nice and clean the front desk lady was extremely extremely friendly!! Even though she had a lot to do she made sure to help everyone even bring towels out to the pool ! We will definitely be staying here again such a great experience

The customer service here is SO good. They were so accommodating and sweet and it was a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere so willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable traveling with a toddler.
This is probably one of the best hotels in the vicinity. It is very clean and looks homey. The front desk people were super friendly and really tried to make you feel welcome despite the covid-19 restrictions. The grandkids loved the pool. By chance they had it all to themselves but the hotel had a system in place to limit people in pool to only 16 at a time. Breakfast was limited to two different hot entrees which were cooked for you while you waited. Breakfast was delicious. I’m sure breakfast would have been more fabulous without the coronavirus limitations. If you want to stay near Roseburg this is the place. It is in Sutherlin, which is very close to Roseburg and only 20 minutes to Wildlife Safari. I looked at all the hotels in the area and this was the BEST option. And another perk for travelers is they have a coin operated washer and dryer available.
Fast check-in, very updated and clean facilities. Room was very comfortable and clean. Even had Qtips and cotton balls for beauty needs. Cook to order free breakfast. The staff even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far and we take alot of trips!! ❤️
