Check out the Pier at Garden City or visit the Family Kingdom Amusement Park — the options are abundant. Of course, you can't forget about the picturesque beach less than a few blocks away from this property. Come home to the condo and admire the scenic water views of the Ponds from its back porch! This condo is 1st floor so it will be great for someone that requires no stairs.

The Bedroom has 2 Double size beds, dresser, closet, a flat screen TV with cable access.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a sofa, with a chair, side tables, flat screen TV with cable access. Enjoy your STUNNING views overlooking the pond from the private back deck area.

KITCHEN

Our NEWLY UPDATED FULL-SIZE kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being at the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time, some even in walking distance.


BACK PORCH

Sip your morning coffee our private Back Porch Area with access from the living room. Complete with plenty of seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap per bathroom & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Guest Access:
This is a 1st floor condo and no stairs are required.

Key-pad for door code for easy self-check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.


PARKING:

You are allowed one parking spots, parking pass need will be obtained from the condo on your arrival. The parking pass MUST be visible in your vehicle at all times, or you will be TOWED!!

The Neighborhood:
Grand Palms Resort is centrally located in Surfside South Carolina. Our condo is located very close to same street as the Garden City Pier, great restaurants, ice cream shops, and arcade. The Garden City Pier has great nightly music during the summer months. Bring your fishing pole if you love fishing as the pier is the best spot at night for fishing.
