Surf Beach Sanctuary

This property is the ultimate family getaway.

Plenty of room for everyone. You will love the light and airy feel with a lovely out look from the top balcony. The kids will love the games room with everything including pool table, table tennis table, foosball table and air hockey.

Upstairs there is a lovely big open lounge/dining/kitchen (recently renovated)with a balcony off this to enjoy sundowners after a big day at the beach.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and a large modern family bathroom. There is another large deck off the main bedroom.

Downstairs is a kids bedroom room with 3 single beds and another queen bedroom - this section is completely self contained with a new kitchen and full bathroom, perfect for family members that cannot do stairs or the teenagers. This is where the amazing games room is and will make this house perfect for the kids.

The house is in a great location - 7 minute walk to the beautiful patrolled Surf Beach and less than 2 minute drive to the local shops and restaurants.

Please note this house is not for parties. No noise after 10pm. Guests will be asked to leave if there is excessive noise/people.

So filthy

The property was extremely dirty, the floors were absolutely gritty, hair in bathrooms and bedrooms, unclean toilet, filth under beds, items and empty packet of chips and female hygiene items, not even confident the linen was clean and the kitchen was poorly appointed, bbq old and rusty and filthy. The experience affected our stay and we had to mop the floors so many times, oh and the cleaning items were crappy. However the property manager was responsive.The property is definitely not worth the asking price..
